Hit or miss, mostly miss. Inconsistent food. Service and even staff. At times, I have received the incorrect food or incomplete orders. Some members of staff project feelings of being disturbed by simple requests or even when ordering your food and drinks. Eating twice in a week here and ordering the same items will get you two different experiences and flavors. Its only convenience is being the only dunkin with in 10 blocks.
The manager was patient and awesome. We had two kids with us. Ages 2 and 6. They couldn't make up their minds about the ice cream they wanted. He was more chill than the freezer the ice cream was in. I appreciated that. You don't get that treatment in BrooklynKid-friendliness: Ice cream

Everything was bad except the workers. There kind and was the only 2 workers that was doing all the work. Bad party is it’s just reheated food with a leftover donut. All of the options are basically gone.I have a 5 star because of the nice employee. GIVE HIM A RAISE!!!
