What a phenomenal 9 course tasting menu at Fulgurances by Chef Nick Tamburo. The table-side service was on point from their food descriptions to timing between courses to the lovely hospitality. Rotating chef situation in a striped down and intimate dining room. Always worth checking out as they’re highly plugged into the fine food world and have a sister restaurant in Champagne, France. Wine list is massive. They offer a few batched cocktails and will make classic cocktails as well.
