Walking here, I passed the "sad McDonald's" at which I had a poor experience a few years ago. From what I could see, it was still pretty empty in there. Maybe everybody is coming here? The guy behind the counter was probably more efficient than the entire staff at previously mentioned "sad place" seamlessly going between taking orders, preparing orders, and serving orders. One of the cleanest delis I have visited in New York City. I was impressed at how fresh all the food was, even late at night. The two guys working were very nice and accommodating. Floor and facility were very clean.

Some of the best customer service I have experienced at a deli. The cashier was extremely friendly and so was everyone in there. I think everyone in their deserves some type of raise and should be compensated very well for the amazing food.
