First time trying Vietnamese food and Ha Noi gave me a great experience!! The service was 10/10 and so was the atmosphere! The garlic fried rice was devineeee!!! I might be be dreaming about it
Not bad but not memorable. It was hot inside, the summer roll peanut dip was too watery. Dark in the restaurant, pho was ok. Spring roll filling had a bad taste, fish sauce was mid. Ladies were friendly tho, and bathroom was really dark. Ambience was eh.
