A no-frills place; the pho broth was pretty good but the beef was overly cooked and dry, and didn’t have tendons or tripes for the pho either. My partner really enjoyed the bahn mi sandwich though. My Thai bubble tea was pretty good.
Overall good experience. I had the pork banh mi and it was decent; probably not the best banh mi I've ever had but definitely does the job if you're craving Vietnamese. The sandwich came out really hot which was nice, the bread was good, the pork could've used more flavor but was a little tough. It's a great place for a grab and go meal in the neighborhood that lacks these kinds of restaurants.

The food is always great here when I've ordered. I usually come for the sardine sandwich or a bubble tea. Today I tried the green apple, it was good not a strong apple taste tho. The service was fast and good. The space is relaxed and casual. It was pretty quiet this evening. I enjoyed my meal very much.
