Very fast, and they have never ever messed up my order, AND the dude who works at the counter is very nice and deals with the craziest of the crazy people that walk in from this block. He has my utmost respect. The food is just some good classic comforting Chinese food, everything you need when you get home from a hard day's work. Priced fairly.
Made an order on their website with pay on pickup option. When I got there, I was told that the online ordering doesn't work and given an apology. I wasn't too surprised since this isn't a fancy establishment so no big deal. I ordered general tso chicken, and waited about 10 minutes before it was ready. One of the best local Chinese takeout spots in Brooklyn. They are the only ones, that I know of, that serve fried lemon pepper wings. The place is usually packed so be ready but well worth the wait!
