Best drinks, location and bar staff.
I visited my daughter who lives in DUMBO and I was staying in Williamsburg. We decided to pop in for dinner and we were so pleasantly surprised! The decor is great and we loved the building, the photos, and the whole vibe. The service was great - we introduced ourselves to Sam, the manager, and she was adorable (and also working very hard as the place filled up!).
