There is no Fuzhou restaurant in New York that makes this fried rice noodle as delicious as this one. It’s very hotpot, this is the taste of neighborhood snack bars in small counties in Fuzhou.
Yesterday I went there to buy pot sides. An uncle went in first and ordered large intestine pot sides. I ordered 2 regular pot sides for takeout. While waiting, the uncle's large intestine pot arrived. He took two bites and said the pot was undercooked. I kept thinking about it, and then the staff took it down.
