“It's hard to find a Panera Bread in NYC where you can sit and eat. I decided to visit this Panera in Brooklyn. Very easy access from Jay Street. So it's convenient.I must say, I enjoyed it. It was in the morning so the dining wasn't too packed because most people were on the go.I ordered from the kiosk. I had the cheese pizza, a drink and a sandwich. The food was great, was greeted when I walked in and a very pleasant environment. The place was clean and I had the chance to sit for a bit and enjoy my time. It didn't get packed so I stayed a bit, but if it did, I would had been courteous and moved along. There wasn't anything bad about the experience. The staff was nice, the manager was nice and the food was great.I will definitely go back.“
“I love Panera and coming here as a quick snack or something to eat especially since it’s right by my house. But the one thing I absolutely HATE about this location is the fact that there’s always only one person at the register when there could be a total of 3 -4 people. The line would be all the way to the door and only one person is always at the register. This is so inconvenient, unacceptable and unprofessional.“
