“Tonight, I ordered the fish maw chicken soup and the cold cucumber scallion salad. The latter was crunchy, refreshing, and satisfyingly well-balanced in its herby dressing with crushed peanuts. The soup was hot and rich, packed with silky fish maw, springy noodles, four kinds of mushrooms, lettuce, bouncy fried tofu, tofu skin, and tender poached chicken. Beautiful, fresh, comforting, delicious! The restaurant was basically spotless with cheerful vibes and prompt service. Other customers were either chatting happily or eating. 5 stars. I'm already planning my return to try the mala tripe soup.“
“I have been here for both dinner and lunch. I prefer the dinner menu over their lunch menu because of the bigger portions and wider variety, but the dinner menu is available at lunch as well. For dinner, my partner got the braised short rib which he was very pleased with. I got the set of four hand rolls which all tasted fresh and delicious. The hand rolls are more like open sushi tacos. There was a lot of filling so I ended up being fuller than I expected. For lunch, we had the lunch bento set which included a small portion of an entrée, a miso soup or salad, and a hand roll of your choice for about $25 depending on your entree. The teriyaki is on the milder side. Overall, I am happy to have this little gem in Brooklyn. Besides the good food, service has always been exceptional too.“
“Delicious authentic Thai food inspired by the vibrant floating markets of Thailand in a great location in Brooklyn and the service was friendly and attentive. The establishment isn't overly decorated or saturated with themed decor but has subtle hints of Thai culture throughout the restaurant which is nice. It has a cozy and intimate feel but it's super casual. On the menu:Mama Tom Yum grilled river prawnsCrying TigerShrimp DonutsDuck CrepeFloating marketWatermelon mojitoMango sticky riceThe food was delicious but the drinks were lacking in flavor as they both were unsweetened. Not sure if the bartender forgot an ingredient because both drinks were almost like drinking a seltzer. Very pretty but lacked flavor.Overall 9/10Ig: Thefunfluencer“
“Wow! Went on a rainy Tuesday early afternoon to the place, and the owner/server was so courteous. I ordered a couple of sandwiches and a pudding bread, and it was amazing. This was so worth the trip. Please pay this little establishment if you're vegan (and even if you're not). You won't be disappointed as the friendly service and quality of food you receive. I'll be back.“
“Came on a late night with a decently large group, and staff were very nice and accommodating. I got the classic tonkotsu set with the additional toppings. Overall, it was good, but the extra meat was dry and the broth was a bit too salty. The price is also very high though expected.“
“I love the food here, I do recommend but If you’re gonna eat from here it’s better to go in person. Ordering online even if you order ahead in my experience will come 10-15min late and cold n sometimes the portions are smaller. They have both outdoor n indoor eating n it’s a cute lil place. Been goin n here for yrs but deff sometimes a hit or miss when using takeout“
“This spot compared to the other healthy food places is def less salty (because it won’t be healthy food if there’s too much sodium ). The bowls are delish, I would have given it 5 stars ⭐️ if only the veggies were less salty, could use salt reduction to ensure the health factor of the meal. New York restaurants have a salt problem this is why we turn to healthy spots like this one!“
“Ooh wow!The ponzu sauce with the himachi is sooo good! As well as all the rolls and side. Casual with waiter service, and priced well.Vegetarian options: Vegetable rolls on the menuWheelchair accessibility: Main entrance is ground level ADA accessible“
“This is another hole in wall place that we found and thought was a gem. Everything was so good. Basically a hot bowl of noodles soup. They bring everything out in their own little bowl and then you put them all in the boiling soup. You can also ask them to cook everything before bringing it out. We ordered their frice rice which we very nice too. Rice was very fresh and has a nice aroma. The place is small but clean. Better get there early or plan to wait. You go up to order and they will bring to you but tip is not required.“
“I don't typically often order from silver rice because they're bit small in the portion side, they have unconventional food packaging containers and they're on the pricey side. However when it comes to the quality of the food they're worth it. I just had to Nagi rice cup and a seaweed salad I literally can't stop licking my chopsticks. It was so GOOD!. Even got better as you dug into the cup lol If you're looking for something different and on the lighter side that was just at the spot. So rice is a good option.“
“We are 4 girls visiting from Germany and found that restaurant by luck. We had African/Nigerian food before and we can say it was delicious. We enjoyed every bit. Also the service is excellent. The waiter is really nice and friendly. We can recommend going there to experiencing some Nigerian cuisine.“
“My friend and I recently dined here because we wanted and all you can eat sushi experience. This spot looks pretty humble from the outside any typical hole in the wall in South Brooklyn but once you step in the ambience is actually quite nice. It's clean with a lot of tables inside. Our server was super nice and seated us almost immediately and gave us the menu to fill in so that we could order our food. There's a lot of variety of types, appetizers, dessert, and entrées that you can order in all you can eat option. We went different types of rolls, and seaweed salad, as well as kani. salad. Our order came in a huge boat, which was so cool and amazing. I was super impressed with the presentation. Everything we ordered tasted super fresh and delicious, I was actually very impressed with the quality of sushi as I had low expectations. Seaweed salad was fresh and bright with great flavors, and the kani salad was crisp and amazing. The sushi rolls were well-made, without feeling like they had too much rice on them. Sashimi pieces were absolutely huge. I actually had a hard time finishing them which is honestly not a bad problem to have!! I finished the meal with green tea ice cream, which was delicious. If you are hungry and looking for an amazing experience, please come here and enjoy the sushi.“
“Came here early and got to eat here as soon as it opened! Was a perfect way to start the day and the lady advised me as a first timer to try the truffle butter lobster roll and I was amazed! They do give you chips and there is water inside just an fyi! Will be back my next trip in NYC!“
“Delicious! I got a bowl with Ahi Tuna that was so large I had lunch and dinner. The man working was so kind and helped described some of their products to me and what would taste best together. I highly suggest eating here or grabbing take out if you're craving a fresh Poke bowl.“
“I actually have to commend these folks for a different reason. I was out in a run and the need to 2 hit me really really hard. I wasn’t going to make it back to my apartment. After several classically inhuman New York refusals of no bathroom wing of if I bought something, they let me in my desperation. I bought a bottle of water and tipped heavily. Really just trying to point out that a few establishments on Knickerbacker are inhuman, and these folks are nice and reasonable. Order from them!“
“Amazing tacos !! Amazing service !! Amazing prices (tacos = $4 each) !! The burritos are great but the star of the show is definitely the tacos !! All the food is made to order with fresh ingredients. This truck beats out every other Mexican food truck/restaurant in the area with an array of options including customizable burrito bowls and nachos. Personal recommendations: -- chorizo (spicy Mexican sausage) taco ; steak taco -- horchata ( a beverage that includes milk) (Announcement regarding the photo attached) Please don't mind the messy presentation, it was packaged better but got swished around during my walk home.“
“Overall rating: 4.1I stopped by this place for a quick lunch while in the area. I really don’t like how it’s impossible to know the price until you’re right there at the ordering. The website should consider updating given there isn’t any place to sit and think.I ended up paying about $15 for the Cubano and it was okay. It wasn’t anything special. I kinda had a little higher expectations being in Williamsburg and it felt like a boutique shop. Not sure if I’ll come back again if I’m in the area. Recommend giving it a try, but lower your expectations.“
“I never post reviews but this salad. Oh my god. Most places I order salads from just shove in a bunch of lettuce and like a slice of carrot and a slice of tomato and literally teaspoons of add ons. But these guys actually add the adds on in large quantities and chunks (not microscopic slices like other places)!!!Worth every cent ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you.“
“My sister has been a once a week diner for many years and I finally joined her. What a homey, Lovely and friendly place. It felt very authentic and the flavors of everything — soup, vegetables, hot appetizers, sushi and sashimi we tried were so subtle, FreshAnd nourishing. Very fairly priced and if I lived in the neighborhood I’d be there all the time! Thank you Sophia and all the staff there who fed and served us for a wonderful experience and wholesome meal.“
“For a cozy middle eastern brunch/dinner spot in bushwick, this is the spot. With cozy vibes, this spot is nice for small gatherings 6 max, no reservations either. The food was great and reasonable priced. The falafel was flavorful and not too dry. The fries and Brooklyn brunch sandwich was also a must try! Tea was okay, but lemonade was not too sweet. The shakshuka was also not too salty and really hearty! The baklava for dessert was a great way to end the meal.Staff were friendly, bathroom was clean. Definitely coming back to try dinner!“
“Oh my goodness! I'm a soup lover at heart but the pure creative genius behind some of these soups are mind blowing! It was hard to just choose two of the soups. The tomato goat cheese soup hands down is the perfect hug on a chilly day! The butternut squash with risotto and spinach was rich and so filling, I had enough for two meals. I DEFINITELY recommend this fabulous food establishment.“

“What can I say. I love this place. Yummy, healthy, kosher, and beautiful wrapped up in one. The only problem is I don't have enough money to order from them every day.Dietary restrictions: They have add ones and add offs. There is no dairy or meat/chicken/fish at this restaurant.“

“I swear by the grilled fish. You need to put one of these in Coney Island. I swear everyone loves the grilled fish with the mustard onion sauce. From my Chinese Supervisor to all the Middle Easterners, Africans, Latinos. It's such a universal dish. I'm telling you. We need this on this side of town. I'm tired of traveling to get it.“
“I been here couple of times very good pizza and lovely place, the only downside is that they do not sell slices and that they open late, even in the weekends. It would have been the perfect spot for weekends get together with family or friends.“
“I was here to get roast pork and roast duck. The service was great but the roast pork was very fatty which I did not like but the roast duck was perfect and very fresh. The fatty pork is the only reason why I did not give 5 stars to this place.“
“So let me just say the portion and the amount of stuff u get is a lot. I order on Ubereats. My first item was a combo of fried rice, spare rib tips and fried chicken. First of all I never seen this combo at a chinese resturant. It came up to $10.99 which is also not bad for three items. I also order french fries, fried chicken and it came up to $8.99 with a soda. Once again other Chinese stores you would have to pay for the soda separately. I might be wrong but to me this was a resonable price. Also they came in a plastic container which I was suprise by not a foam box. My only complaint wad the fried chicken was salty. It might have been the sauce that was added. However the fried chicken with ribs was not as salty. Also they didn't add no sauce in the bags beside ketchup. However the spare ribs had enough sauce and the fries.“
“First time having Olive Garden (YES I KNW) I’m a weirdo anyways, I had the shrimp Alfredo with salmon at the side. It was to die for it was wonderful. Everything came well done. It wasn’t cold. The salmon came well hot as well wasn’t cold. It was just wonderful season good not too salty not too fresh. It was just perfect, my first time having calamari as well. I have to say it was good as well goes perfect with the sauce breadstick is just to die for. My cousin had meatballs with pasta. She said it was OK. I guess wasn’t the best for her. Had Salad for appetizer I would say that it was good, but in my opinion, it was just drowning in the dressing, maybe try serving it on the side but otherwise, from that everything was magnificent even the drinks. waitress was very sweet checking very often to make sure everything was OK. Wish I had remember her name but SHOUT OUT TO U GIRL!.“
“I LOVE Very Juice! One of the best businesses in Brooklyn (& maybe beyond). So well-run. Customer service is good. Always a LOT of staff to accommodate for high volume of orders. Food’s outstanding & modifiable. Great menu. I keep coming back! Love them.“
“It is the most delicious and authentic Indian food in the neighborhood! It is BYOB and the ambience is fantastic. Whether a date or a family dinner or event you will find it appropriate. And the people, as usual, is what makes this place special.“
“Love Springbone. Someone I know also Gluten-Free and clean eater mentioned SB to me a long time ago and honestly I forgot the name and all about it. Since I found it, it has become a staple in my life. I like to cook but Springbone gives me an enjoyable and delicious break from it, knowing that they care about the same things as me and do it so wonderfully. Thank you SB“
“Dropped in here for some food one afternoon. Best experience ! Food and sake were amazing!I had the Aburi-Shimesaba -Highly recommend!Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating! You have to try this spot if you’re in Brooklyn !“
“The stars are for the food only customer service is trash dem act like they are doing u the favor u can't ask a question without attitude lucky I don't live in the area anymore so mi look fwd to the food mainly the curry goat almost just like eating it back home frfr ... and get a card reader“
“I always get their noodle soup from here. It's it quickly and efficient. I usually go for #1 which has all the different parts of the beef and a hard boil egg. The broth is good. Make sure to add veggies on the table to add smokiness to the broth. And hot oil for the heat. This place is good for a quick solo dining, no need to give tips. The environment is simple, tables, seats and menu on the wall.“
“I loved their katsu lunch bento for under $12. Amazing portion, very delicious and the lunch special is served until 3:30pm, 7 days a week! I rarely find lunch specials on the weekend. Very kind employees including the delivery driver. They do free delivery service too. Great value overall!“
“This is my favorite Indian restaurant in Brooklyn! The food, service, and ambiance's were top tier. I truly enjoyed the naan and the chicken dip! The owner is so sweet and kind. He made me and my friend feel at home and comfortable! Please support his business !! (Our bill was only $29 very affordable!)“
“i don't understand the low reviews, this place is lovely, the woman at the counter is so kind and our food came out excellent, you really get what you pay for with lunch specials!the woman working the front also has crazy rubber band skills, it was fun to watch as she packed up our leftovers“
“Food was delicious. The selection for vegan and conventional choices was great. It was nice to be able to have a restaurant that can serve fusion and sushi. The delivery time was earlier than expected. Definitely will continue to purchase from them.“
“Nicer than I expected dining room .. xiao long bao soup dumplings were on point and the server made a proper dipping sauce for them at the table (sliced ginger, soy, vinegar, sesame oil). Daughter enjoyed scallion noodles and scallion pancakes.“
“Very authentic, homemade style Yemeni dishes with fresh ingredients and a variety of choices. The flavours are very close to the original Yemeni food. What I loved the most is the out of the clay oven bread with the hot dipping sauce, EXCEPTIONAL! There is a little room for improvement with the service, they were generous and professional but understaffed for a busy restaurant. I recommend lamb hanith and chicken kabse dishesKid-friendliness: There are several meals suitable for the children“
