I had to write about Pistache NY because I have never ever met someone as incredible as Yvan Bedouet. I was planning to have Pistache NYC cater my New Year's Eve party since he came so so highly recommended. Pistache NYC came so highly recommended, and I was planning on using them to cater my New Year's Eve party. I spoke to Yvan multiple times, each time he gladly updated the menu of all beautifully prepared options. I unfortunately had to cancel, I asked him to keep a portion of the deposit since I was cancelling close to the date, not only did he refund the whole amount, HE DROPPED OFF A BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS BOUCHE DE NOEL FOR ME!! Ordered the pear tartes bourdaloue for Thanksgiving. The tartes were great. The pears were not overly sweet, but were still delicious. The owner was very accommodating in getting it done in time and picked up. Over all, a++. Experience.
