Same issue here, but with food - got ghost pepper wings and 4 out of 12 were inedible, rock hard and dry. Usually, the ones from 18th Ave are great, guess I made the wrong choice this time.
This place can be a hit or miss. Food is good but sometimes they’ll give me old chicken. The service there is okay, but it feels like they’re not really talking to you. Wait times can be long sometimes, I’ve waited over 30 minutes one time but if you order from the app, it’s quicker and efficient.Overall, I’ve ordered everything on there menu.
