Management and staff are very friendly. From what I saw when the locals went there they were all chatting it up like they were friends. Not treated like trash, as other places sometimes do.
Got take out and when I got home and opened the bag, a chicken sandwich (one of the mains for the two people we ordered for) was missing. Called the store, and nobody even picked up the phone, just went to voice mail. Walking there and back in a 30 minute trip, so I didn't want to go all the way there and back and then finally eat the sandwich with the rest of the cold food.Complained in the app to the corporate support and the refunded the cost of the sandwich, but refused to...read full review
