We really wanted to love Sugarfish, but our love was not returned. The waitress who took care of us asked if it was our first time there, and then started to recite a long introduction to the place not even looking into our eyes. Food was just okay. The sushi rice disintegrated as soon as I grabbed with my chopsticks. Overall disappointing experience. If the no-gratuity policy fails to motivate the staff, I rather would pay tips in addition to the bill.
