Expect the servers to be loud women from Hong Kong. That's your only warning.I ordered the wonton noodles, choy sum, and hot tea.The wontons are 30% bigger than the other places I go to, but only 4 come in each bowl. They're fresh and flavorful. The shrimp are crisp, and they snap when you bite into them. They're delicious. The portion of noodles were a bit lacking so if you're a big eater, pay the extra $2 and get more noodles. One thing I've learned long ago is that if you're a fan of wonton noodles, you're gonna want to try out any new place no matter what you read online... And thus I had to check out this restaurant once I noticed it last week. It's probably not a 5 star experience - more like a 4.5. I thought it'd be like maxi's noodle in flushing, but it didn't meet my expectation. We both ordered their signature noodle, one dry and one with soup. Wonton was the best part of the dish. The sliced beef was very chewy. My partner thought it's undercooked or just not the good part served. The beef brisket stew definitely needed more time on the stove that the muscle could be broken down more. The fish paste was so mushy that we both couldn't finish.
