I've been eating Vesuvius pizza since childhood. Businesses come and go, which is further exacerbated because of things out of our control. That is to say, for Vesuvius Pizza to stay strong in the neighborhood tells you all you need to know. When there were other pizzerias added to the area, I genuinely thought, "those owners are bold and ambitious to try to take over any foot traffic." Stopped by to order some slices for dinner and they were just as friendly as they normally are. They did have a few people eating inside but it wasnt so crowded we couldn't walk inside.

I have had pizza all over Brooklyn but today I had the best! My fiancée took me to Kings Highway for the first time and we spotted Vesuvius and gave it a try and blew my mind! It was incredible!!! The crust was to die for and I personally believe to be Brooklyns finest! Looking forward to many more visits!
