Only tried the kombucha there and it was delicious! So many flavors to choose from, and the lady was lovely.FYI it’s a bit hard to find because you have to go through a small alley etc, we thought we were at the wrong place at first, so, don’t get discourage by the lack of signage, it’s there and worth a visit!
Tried Barrel + Brine the other weekend. Saturday around 2-3 is a good time if you are a misanthrope. We tried everything on the menu except the pickle plate: pickled egg, pierogies, knishes, kimchi grilled cheese and the reuben. We also both had a signature cocktail: a mule and a bourbon drink with pickled cherries. Everything was delicious. We'd never had a pickled egg but would eat a dozen. They were served with pickled peppers and sauerkraut, all crispy and tangy and delicious....read full review
