“This is easily the best McDonalds in all of the Buffalo area. Drive thru is always packed at lunch time but they slam orders out so fast that you can be through the drive thru with your food in under 5 minutes during that time. Not only that, the food is always done right. Not a sloppy mess with way too much of one ingredient or whatever typical fast food problems you usually would deal with. The staff is polite, fast and handles food with care! If you are trying to have a meal at McDonalds and not be disappointed, I recommend this location!“

“What a great McDonald's!! Stopped by for ice cream on a warm July day while visiting our home town....attractive interior, absolutely spotless inside and out. Of course the ice cream was good....but the standout was Customer Service!! We could not have been treated better!!! All McDonald's are not alike....we've been to hundreds. I give this McDonald’s a five out of five because when I went in there there was a old man yelling at me about some nonsense and the guy behind the counter told him to stop . “I invented the double steak cheese and egg bagel two meats that you need for the bagel to be the right ratio and extra sauce on the bagel and a side of extra sauce.....trust me I have even added a buffalo spicy sauce mixed in delicious if you like a tiny bit of spice try it and telle what the food surgeon has created vote for me you can even made othera like steak and sausage egg cheese and bacon extra sauce or the same with a biscuit bacon and sausage or steak and bacon just pick an extra meat and they will do it for 2 dollars extra at least at the location on Sheridan great workers kind and the place is spotless inside and out have a blessed day and enjoy something different also keep your receipt if you fill out the survey you get a free 6 piece nugget ya know what I'm saying!“

“The food seems good, I used to work at other McDonald's restaurants, so I generally know how things go there. Can take time for your order, especially when busy, but generally not bad. The only thing is that they need to have the people who take your order be able to communicate without mumbling so bad you can't understand barely anything. “The staff are very friendly and are very accommodating if you have questions or not sure how to use the kiosk. Depending on the time of day some orders might take a little longer than others. Please be nice to the staff because they work very hard and very short-staffed at times so please have a little bit of patience “

“Been going here for their breakfast. Staff have been doing well. During the mornings there are times when they won’t use the machine to take orders and will ask to drive to the last window.
