Sure it looks good but if you're having people pull ahead or pull into the lot it doesn't do anything for actual customer satisfaction. “Typically, I use the drive thru on the weekend for breakfast. I bring my dog along, and the staff at the drive-thru fawn over her. She absolutely loves it. Service is quick and friendly. We also have specific requests that we ask for on our sandwiches, and they are very accommodating to our requests.“
