Really great food! My boyfriend and I each had a Saucy Cowboy burger with a side of fries, and I also had a dairy-free cookies & cream milkshake. Everything looked and tasted great, and the portions were large. Great vibe to the restaurant too.

I tried the Seoul chicken sandwich and the hot honey one. The hot honey was alright. It was a good amount of honey, but lacked much spiciness. Additionally the pickles didn't taste like much and therefore didn't add much to the sandwich. That being said, the fried chicken was done very well. The Seoul sandwich had a little too much going on. There wasn't actually much coleslaw but there was a lot of the sauce which just got all over the place and made it a not super pleasant experience. However, the flavor was good which brings up the rating. I took the food to go, but the vibe of the restaurant was great. I will definitely sit at the bar if it's less crowded next time.

Customer service is a top priority at Mr Sizzles. We ordered for takeout at the bar, unfortunately upon arrival to our house the order was incorrect. I called to notify them and it was handled with such convenience and grace by Abby. We are regulars and will continue to be regulars even after a slight mistake. Mr Sizzles has one of the top food selections in the Buffalo area and should be a go-to destination for your next burger.

After two tries about two years apart of wanting to like the place it just isn’t that great. First time was a butter burger with butter kinda cold. Seems like an overly hyped place. All the cool kids love it so you’re supposed to love it too. Second try, A double cheeseburger, fry and a little slider with a drink was $28ish. The tray just looked so empty for the price Asked for no sauce receipt acknowledged it, but it still had sauce. Milk shakes sounded good but wasn’t going to add on a $9.00 milkshake. I guess I just expected burgers as good as they looked on instagram.

I have only tried a milkshake from here because that’s what I was specifically looking for when coming in after finding out that two other places in the area that I tried didn’t serve them and while it was delicious, the price ($9.79) is really unreasonable.
Enjoyed the food a lot, not so much the place.I was pleased with them having vegan options!There's not too much parking and the place was absolutely packed out the door, causing me to order to go instead. I wouldn't go back due to how busy it is and the layout being inefficient.Looking forward to the new locations with more parking and better layout!Overall the good food outweighed the chaos inside, so will order take out for a pick up next time!Vegetarian options: There are a few vegan options!
