Last week I went to Organic 3 Cafe for the first time. Hours after posting my review, I received a compliment from Jurel H. saying I needed to go back and try the carrot cake muffin. Well, when Jurel H. suggests you try something, you try that item, because Jurel knows what he is talking about. Today I returned to Organic 3 Cafe for that carrot cake muffin and a sandwich. I really love how they are handling COVID. I like that they place your order on a table outside and you just grab and go. I was earlier than the time I selected for my order, and watch the employee put my order on the table about 3 minutes before it was due. It is nice to know it doesn't sit out there for a long amount of time before your designated pick up time. Let's discuss my main entree for lunch - the chicken salad sandwich on sourdough. I love a good chicken salad sandwich, and this one was no exception. I really hate that I am trying things on their menu, falling in love, and they won't be open in a month. Story of my life. Great flavor, great items in the chicken salad, and hearty portion. A couple hours later I had my carrot cake muffin as a snack. I am not fond of cream cheese frosting - EVER. That includes carrot cake and red velvet cookies, cake, etc. I don't know why everyone insists on having that as the frosting of choice. I don't cut carrots up for a snack and then dunk them in cream cheese, so why would you ruin a great baked good with cream cheese frosting? I digress, I know the majority loves a good cream cheese frosting. I tried a little bit of this frosting, it was good, but I do not like cream cheese frosting, so I took it off my muffin. This carrot cake muffin was indulgent, moist, and delicious. Jurel H. was correct in giving me the tip to try it, and I appreciate it. Get to Organic 3 Cafe and try that carrot cake muffin.

Great food, horrendous, inexcusable speed of service. You can call in 45 minutes before you get there with your order, they will tell you it will be ready in 25 minutes and then make you wait 30 minutes. If you are bad at math, that is 75 minutes total and 50 minutes longer than promised - and I exaggerated by 15%. I am writing this for them not you: You really need to fix this, it is easily fixable and EVERYONE who eats there that has an IQ over 75 agrees with me.

My first time visiting this cafe and I am very impressed!! Everyone was so nice and I was able to taste the soups before ordering. I ordered the combo, half a vegetarian sandwich and a cup of carrot, potato and leak soup. Wow, it was so good! The food was fresh, flavorful and well worth my trip. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

Really nice and has great food options. However, its expensive for a university student.

One of my absolutely favorite places. So many great options with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the classic avacado toast and veggie sandwich.

I really enjoyed their Strawberry Basil Avocado Toast. I liked this place so much I went back during my short time in Buffalo. I tried 2 lattes, the Brown Sugar Sage wasn’t anything special, I could taste any flavors or aromas of Sage. I also tried their Cinnamon Toast latte and that was delicious.

This is another place that I wanted to like more than I did. It's super cute inside. There are lots of delicious sounding choices. And, the service is oh so friendly. I ordered the turkey and avocado sandwich on house-baked multigrain bread. It contained freshly roasted turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onion, and red pepper aioli... and was served with a small side salad consisting of mixed field greens with a balsamic vinaigrette. Sounds good, huh? Well... the bread was nice and fresh.... but the sandwich filling was mostly lettuce. So much lettuce in fact that I could not taste the other ingredients. I looked to make sure they were there, and yup.... a small slice of turkey, a single slice of tomato, a ring or two of onion, and a dollop of smushed avocado. Sad! And having more lettuce on the side was just silly. I know this is supposed to be a healthy place... but with all that lettuce on my sandwich, some chips would have been a nice change.

Really liked their breakfast options! They had some great avocado toast on good thick bread. They also had good house made lattes with house made syrup. We had the almond fog latte which was great and a smoothie. The smoothie was OK but the toasts were great. We had the strawberry basil avocado toast and the regular avocado toast.

I've been wanting to go to this place for years and years. It is located in a plaza with Everything Elmwood on Main Street in Williamsville. Walking in to your left is a sign of specials on a chalkboard. Walk forward and you see a case of beverages and the counter to order. They have paper menus that are quite vast in variety. They have smoothies, fresh juices, coffee, espresso, breakfast, sandwiches, wraps, desserts, etc. The atmosphere has bright with plenty of seating. My friend and I meant here for breakfast. I ordered the wheatgrass spritzer and the strawberry basil avocado toast. As other reviewers stated, it's pretty pricey; that ran me over $20. But it was a treat. My friend ordered the breakfast quesadilla, which she let me try and it was very good. Both dishes came with either a side salad or fruit. We both opted for the fruit and were not disappointed. The fruit consisted of half a sliced apple which was perfect and tasty and strawberries, blueberries, and fresh pineapple. The avocado toast was good, not amazing... Best part was the generous portion of goat cheese and really fresh and crispy almond slices! The wheatgrass spritzer was refreshing and green. We both used the Yelp coupon and got a free cookie! Thanks Yelp! We both opted for the snickerdoodle cookie which was great. Afterwards we decided to stop into Everything Elmwood which is physically attached and has lots of things to look at. I was good, will I go back? I'm not sure. Maybe for a smoothie or juice or acai bowl. Customer service was great.

Wonderful, wonderful food! They take very special care of labeling vegan and vegetarian options. The staff is always friendly too.

If I could give them more stars I would. Cliche, but it's true. I eat here multiple times a week and never get bored with their food. The quality is always top of the line. They use fresh ingredients and have specials every week that are always so delicious. If you have any dietary restrictions, this is THE place to try. I know how hard it can be when going out to eat and being incredibly restricted to what you can order. That is not the case here. The food can be enjoyed by all and is so good. I love their homemade soups, organic sourdough bread, and juices. While their food is healthy, it is NOT lacking in flavor. Their cafe is cute and clean, their staff is always super friendly, and the line can get long but I recommend ordering your food ahead of time on the phone whether you're eating in or taking out. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but you get what you pay for. Their ingredients are organic, fresh, and it's worth the price. You can go to any other cafe and order your standard cafe food. This place is special and is helping Buffalo be a healthier place. Give Organic 3 Cafe a try. Even just stop in for one of their organic espresso bar drinks. I truly believe they're the only place in Buffalo that has merged healthy AND delicious eating. Thanks for existing. Don't ever change!

Great spot for lunch! Definitely recommend the Grain Bowl on the specials menu! Its prepared differently every time I'm there and its always amazing! I also recommend the Skin Tonic from the juice menu. Service can be slow at times but its definitely worth the wait! Just make sure you're not in a rush :)

I met a couple friends here for breakfast that are in to clean eating and one happens to be vegetarian so it was a good choice.. for them. Would be great if you are looking for healthier options on food and/or are into smoothies or juices because they had a lot of options. I was glad to see you can get breakfast all day but when we went they also were serving lunch (around 10:30). I went with the chipotle chicken grilled wrap and the wrap itself was a decent size and had a lot stuffed in it but the flavors were all off. It was supposed to have a chipotle paste but it tasted more like tomato paste that I did not care for with the chicken and spinach inside. The chicken was not as tender as I would like and luckily I got vinaigrette on the side because the wrap was pretty dry. The vinaigrette was really good and probably would be delicious on one of their salads so if I'm in the mood to be healthy (normally I eat healthy at home and go for unhealthy eating out) I may try a salad. To be fair I'm still giving them 3 stars because of the options and staying true to the organic healthy vibe they are going with even if it's not my preference.
