In this Timmy Ho's's in Buffalo General Hospital, it was a good one. They actually had jelly donuts, which I was so excited about, so obviously I got one.The employees were nice and quick. 3 stars only for the convenience of location.It's Tim Hortons, good in a pinch and no other options in the hospital. But come on, rude employees as always. I think it's part of their hiring process. I work a busy unit and come midway though my shift for coffee and all I get is attitude. Last I checked no one is required to work there, perhaps Tim Hortons should reconsider who they hire and find better personalities with some customer service skills.
