Awful service I had to repeat my very simple order twice. N then instead of the pretty peppermint drink they advertise on the sign I got a nasty black coffee. I'd go return it nut elevators broken n im not gonna get lost n leave my sick family member alone in waiting room. I was only customer. How do u get that order wrong??? Waste of money

Tim Horton please go back to your former glory!!!! What happened? The food looks like is thrown before handing them over. Mistakes are made in simple orders and I am watching workers dealing with improper food regulations. Expired, molding eggs were served for me and husband. The teenager grabbed the money and then my food without gloves and later that week I saw a worker eating while my drink was being made. I felt like calling the health department. Please be better.

In this Timmy Ho's's in Buffalo General Hospital, it was a good one. They actually had jelly donuts, which I was so excited about, so obviously I got one.The employees were nice and quick. It's across from another restaurant in the cafeteria, so can't really say much about the ambience, except for it was quite busy and pretty clean I guess. But the coffee was great. The donut was great and then we went back and got six donuts later on that night and everybody loved them. They were so good so fresh and moist.The prices seem just about normal too, as other Tim Hortons. That was another thing good about the Buffalo General Hospital, the food was good in the cafeteria, and the Timmy Ho's was good

I asked for a frozen mocha, they gave me a frozen hot chocolate and kept telling me that there's no difference between the two. There's definitely a difference. They had an attitude when I mentioned it wasn't the right drink and refused to replace it.

Even if the food was good its now hard to eat after facing rude behavior of the staff. They don’t charge a digital gift card and when I said oh ok the store next to you guys does it all the time. He got aggressive towards me. I simply tried to talk even had to tell him to cool down. I have no issue paying cash. If you can’t smile or look happy at work at least don’t start arguments with customers when its not even necessary. Learn to be positive I had no intention to fight. You just ruined my overall experience at timhortons for life.

There was a really great crew that worked here forever. About a year ago they all disappeared. Ever since then, the service is awful. Granted, this place is a zoo, and I'm sure not an easy place to work, but the staff are rude. Also, the coffee tasted decent only once in the last maybe 20 trips. I have never seen quality spiral like this. I think it also has to do with these giant new vats that they brew the coffee in. It tastes burnt.Last straw- They took someone else's medium coffee today, poured in a large, added coffee to it, and when I pointed out that it was not the right order (not because I wanted to be difficult, because it had about 10 tons of French vanilla in it and I did not order French vanilla nor do I ever want to drink it), they could not have been more unpleasant. They remade my coffee and gave me another incorrect order. I'm not sure what they gave me, but it did not taste anything close to the double double that I have been drinking for 10 years. As I could not bear to deal with the attitude I knew they would give if I complained, I just left and threw that coffee out. Total waste of my break and money. I will not be back. I have been a regular here for 10 years.
