“Ok... this place is good! They make drinks perfectly and the food isn't bad either. The only negative is, they are so popular they run out of donuts and muffins and bagels by the afternoon. Staff is friendly!Oh real quick...if you buy ANY drink out of the cooler, check the date 1st.“

I'm not big on trying to order my coffee there .I never know how to get it, 2 sugars and a cream three creams and sweet I don't know it's too confusing I can never get a good cup of coffee on that place so I don't get it there. “TBH I usually stay away from Dunkin's but I haven't been to this one until the other day. We were tight on time so tried it out and were so surprised!! It was soooo good, we were blown away. Bravo! “I'm very impressed with the additional staff you have added. I am still receiving my coffee without it being sticky all around the cup, however, I do think management should add an extension cord for the staff when people use Apple Pay. Thank you so much for clearly reading your reviews and taking them seriously. You've made it more enjoyable for the customers now let's make it a little easier for the staff.“

“I love coming to this Dunkin! There are a few Dunkin Donuts close to me and hands down I will take aside to this location over all the others. As a matter of fact, I left a not so great review for one of the other locations because of their service and inability to get my coffee right. The Dunkin on Plank Rd has always been pleasant at the window and has never messed up my order. I've only been inside a couple times but it has always been clean and the staff friendly. Thank you Dunkin on Plank Rd for starting my mornings off correctly!! Keep up the great work!“

“The cutest little Dunkin’. I recently moved to the area and have been trying to find “my” Dunkin’ to frequent, and this might be it! The staff are always friendly, and super quick. I ordered through the app for a walk-in, as my car doesn’t always love drive-thrus. When I got there, I saw how long the drive-thru line was, and decided to wait in my car a little longer rather than go in and make them feel overwhelmed if my order wasn’t ready. When I went in, my whole order was ready and conveniently packaged (I had ordered 5 drinks and was dreading having to figure out how to carry them, but the workers had made it easier by balancing the weight within a carrying tray). Sure, some would argue that they’re “just doing their job” by making my order and packaging it, but I have had far worse experiences and I really appreciate this Dunkin’ for being efficient and kind.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp going into Dunkin’ that is accessible.“

“What a pretty little store!If you are traveling I90, this is a good stop. Its close to the onramp BUT you need to travel a cpl miles of offramp so be prepared. Located next to a gas station (which has no bathrooms), the location makes it a perfect place to stop. Very clean and fast. Because its hidden, its not hugely busy. Its a good location for a quick in and out“

“This particular Dunkin shows that not all Dunkin Donuts are the same. I go out of my way to go to this Dunkin because the people working are always friendly, they are fast and efficient. I have been going there for 5 years or more and I think I have had had order messed up maybe twice and both times they were more than happy to fix it. I always refer people to this dunkin“
