My partner and I had a wonderful dinner here 2 Fridays ago and our server, Matt, was a big part of that. We were really happy with his service, the food, and the atmosphere. What was meant to be a one-time dine-in turned into us actually feeling inclined to returning. Glad we opted to dine there instead of the neighbor, which would have been too rowdy for us that evening.

Management somehow managed to double book two large parties and ruin both of them. The sheer incompetence of whoever is in charge shows more and more with every visit. I feel so bad for the servers they are being lead to failure .there must've been a change of managers because it was not all ways like

If we could give Allie, our server "6-Stars" we would. She went out of her way, Above and Beyond to make our visit a memorable one. Allie was engaging and Very attentive. Allie should be considered for a Managerial position. I received a "Birthday" gift for my birthday. A "Veterans" discount for my service and Points toward my Dine Rewards program. Stephanie served my table today as I went in for lunch with my boyfriend. She was so sweet and extremely helpful giving us food and drink suggestions. She was very respectful and provided wonderful customer service. As for the food I settled for the shrimp scampi dish which is perfect for seafood and pasta lovers. I loved the food and can’t wait to go back again!

First time at Carrabas! Wide menu made for a lot of difficult decisions. Our server, Andrew, guided us through with perfection. He understood our pallet, appetite, and desires. What a show!
