We've been to Canteen twice (so far) and both dinners were fantastic! The selection of cocktails is creative and explores the wonders of mixology beyond the standard cocktail options. The wine list thoughtfully curated. I was particularly happy to find a rather unusual Müller-Thurgau from Italy's Alto-Adige region as a by-the-glass option. What about the food? Aside from the gorgeous lighting and decor, this restaurant has superb staff. They're kind, warm, and welcoming. My favorite things are the variety of mocktails that they have to offer. They're carefully created along with any of the delicious meals they have. I'm so happy to see a small business grow and have another fabulous restaurant to add to the small Chatham Village.

Visited twice in a week. Certain dishes are great. Others are a miss.The first-time service was questionable since they tried to overload the table with the main course when we were still having appetizers.Appetizers are delicious. Bouillabaisse a disappointment, fish dry and very few mussels etc. Steak boring. Ravioli more like an overstuffed perogi. Chicken under a brick very good. Still worth a visit.
