“I've been here several times and I can honestly say that the food has always been good. I mostly come for breakfast, they always make my eggs perfect ( I like them over medium) the bacon is always perfectly cooked and the food is very good. Service is kinda hit or miss, this visit I never even got my coffee warmed up... my wife however did get a refill of her juice. Still better service than Applebee's and this little diet was packed with only what looked like 2 waitresses.“
“I stopped in early in the morning for breakfast. I got 2 eggs over easy with an English muffin, hash browns, and a piece of ham. It was all delicious and the eggs were good and over easy. The hash browns were very good, nice and crispy. The service was great. I had a good waitress who was very nice. The atmosphere was nice and chill for 3 in the morning. At the end of my meal, to my pleasant surprise, someone had picked up my tab. I don't know who it was, but it had to have been one of the workers. It was such an unexpected pleasant surprise that made my day! Whoever it was, if you're reading this, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Overall, I had a great experience. I would definitely give 5 stars!!“
“This is your quintessential greasy spoon breakfast joint. On approach you know if its busy it will be good. And it was. Food size and price was reasonable and the eggs and hash was the bomb. Cozy inside and the wait staff was friendly attentive. Even the local customers were great, offering up a table for our group to skip the counter. Captain approved!“
“You have to try the pork tenderloin sandwich. I am originally from Indiana where these sandwiches are a staple and this is the only place locally I have found to have these. The owners are gracious enough to make me one at dinner even when they aren't on that evenings menu.“

Here are my reasons:1) Time Management + Customer Service: I believe the time it takes to be served after placing an order is crucial in any restaurant. I'm not suggesting service should be as quick as a fast food chain's, but I've often experienced extremely long waits, almost an hour, especially in diners during weekends. Since my visit was on a Sunday morning and the place was full of customers, I was concerned about a possible long wait. However, our welcoming server, Deanna, quickly took my order and kindly recommended options as I was contemplating among several choices. To my surprise, I received my food within 5 minutes. I was impressed and realized this efficiency was possible because all staff members were handling their responsibilities professionally and promptly. Therefore, I was very satisfied and wish to praise their professionalism.2) Food: Naturally, food is also a crucial factor in evaluating restaurants. I tried the ‘Biscuit Bowl,’ which includes biscuits, eggs, potatoes, and bacon with a special sauce. It was delightful. The dish was neither too salty nor too sweet, striking a perfect balance. “Great meal at very good prices! We came for breakfast when visiting and were very pleased with the friendly service and fresh breakfast plates. We had strawberry pancakes and the breakfast platter and both were filling and delicious. The only disappointment is that I forgot to take pictures of our plates!“
“Take a trip back in time to a Cash Only Low Priced Diner on Teall Ave in Syracuse! Fast Service. Tasty Food. Low Prices. $22 for two people with drinks and a soup is pretty good in 2024. I will say the sauerkraut in the sandwich was just a little too sour for me but the sandwich was still great with fresh hot corn beef. I really wanted to try some pie but I was too full. Good problem to have. Also the vegetable beef had more beef than I've ever been given in a soup!“
“Great sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a toasted English muffin. The sandwich normally comes with scrambled eggs, but I ordered mine with a fried egg over medium. The partially runny yolk added nice moisture and taste to the sandwich. The coffee was definitely better than you find at most diners. This was my first time eating here, but I'll be back to try other items from their menu. They are located just east of Westvale Plaza on Charles Ave.“

“It was a great, classic diner experience. When we arrived the parking lot was packed and assumed it would be a long wait, but we were pleasantly surprised that they had available seating. The staff were great and handled the volume of customers well. The food came out in a timely matter as well, and was reasonably priced. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re in the neighborhood!“
“Tried Nestico's Too today for the first time and will definitely return! They have a nice variety of items to choose from and have something for everyone on their menu. Unlike the main Nestico's restaurant, they're more like a diner, but also have excellent food. It was really hard to decide what to order because there were many items that sounded delicious. I sat close to the counter and was able to see other people's orders and everything looked great. The portion sizes were generous too. I also noticed they had some really good salads on their menu for those like me that love salads. However, I did not order one of their salads. I've decided to try one on another visit, possibly in the summer when it's warmer. Instead I opted for their chicken riggies, which were really tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant and if you're looking for some good riggies, give them a try! Their service was also very good and the kitchen staff is very efficient.“
