“Visiting from out of town for work. Found this place open late when I got into town. Was craving something sweet. This place is AMAZING! The atmosphere, the service, and the sweets were all top notch. I will def stop back again before leaving town! I had the classic Nutella crepe and a Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake. Both were 10/10. “Balanced Bite is in the former Flourish location on Broadway in Lancaster and oh my goodness !!! their food is FABULOUS!!!!! All vegan. No processed oil, sugar or salt.... Their breakfast sandwiches are divine! Everyone who works there is friendly and fun and in the back is an incredible chef who went to the NYC Culinary School and rumor has it he was offered a job in a Michelin Star vegan restaurant in NYC and turned it down to come work in Lancaster! Their vegan Buffalo Wing soup is out of this world!! I always order their meal prep. Five awesome meals...big enough to share! Always delicious! Their hours are limited to Friday & Saturday. They have a great breakfast & lunch menu. Plus a deli case full of wonderful vegan things like vegan "egg" salad, "chicken" salad made from chick peas, hummus, "cheese" for nachos..they also have amazing smoothies & great coffee. Nice selection of healthy baked goods like muffins and cookies and fantastic sour dough bread! It's a tiny place with maybe 6 tables and chairs...it's charming. For healthy eating that tastes phenomenal... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!“
“Many local friends have recommended this dessert shop located inside the Asian supermarket, and today I finally went to try it with a few friends. The shop's decoration is very bright and refreshing. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. There's a huge variety on their menu. We ordered several cups of different flavored milk tea and fruit tea, as well as a few slices of mille crepe cakes and desserts( BTW they have nine different flavors of Mille crepe cake). All the drinks and dessert that we ordered were very delicious. Personally, I ordered durian mille crepe cake and a cup of Fresh passion fruit green tea recommended by the staff. The rich durian and cream melted in my mouth, making me pleasantly surprised as a durian lover. The passion fruit green tea contains real fruit pulp and making it delicious and healthy to drink. I'm very sure I will come to this dessert shop often!“

“We frequent Kornerstone Cafe. The breakfast sandwich that we like has an egg, asiago cheese and a bit of spinach on a homemade english muffin or bagel. Both are great! One of the staff members there is Sam. He is a hoot, so nice, a hard worker and always very pleasant. As for the drinks, we get the iced caramel latte...it is so good. They use Monin syrups which I think taste the best. Recently, my daughter tried the iced white chocolate lavender matcha. WOW, just terrific. I don't like lavender or matcha but this was really good!! I say give this place a chance. If you're not happy with something, let them know. The owner, I have spoken to a couple of times is also very gracious and I really just love this place. It gets 5 stars.“

“So I went today for the first time after seeing it on fb & I must say it was AMAZING !!!!!! First the owner was so sweet & great, she gave me the reason why she opened up the shop in the first place. Super helpful when picking flavors. Second FLAVORS ARE NWVER THW SAME EACH MONTH, that’s what’s great plus it’s not just a smoothie it’s made to help cleanse out your body and help you health wise. Such a PLUS. Third it’s so fulfilling and decorated so nicely 100/10 recommend y’all know I don’t play about my experiences so go get you won. I got the mango tango ( a lil tart but still good) & blueberry and cream( it was amazing and I don’t even eat blueberries)“

“This location is a fairly new place and I was not familiar with this chain. I was impressed by their mission statement which is located on the wall. Their smoothies are delicious. And the food choices are very good and some beautiful, healthy alternatives.The staff is extremely friendly and this location is very clean. They even offered a free smoothie with a $25 gift card. Which is an outstanding offer since the smoothies are about $8.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get in all at floor level. Which makes it extremely easy for wheelchair access.“
“Just went in there with my wife about an hour ago and were instantly hooked. One visit and our new favorite place. She had a rice bowl and a lychee tea and I had a sushi burrito and it was absolutely out of this world. Our only regret is that we didn’t visit much, much sooner. “Right on Main Street is this smallish Greek restaurant, with outdoor seating available in fair weather. It was a buzzing place and the high ceilings in this old Starbucks created a rather noisy atmosphere- not so loud you couldn't converse though. Our party of three was delighted by the kind service and the food was delish. The attached photos paint the best picture of the bagel sandwich, American breakfast and amazing yogurt and granola parfait. With honey. Yum!! The table next to us had a slight spill of water and did the employees spring into action with great finesse and kindness! Cleaned up respectfully and that was that. Very impressive teamwork. Can't wait to try this place when we can sit on the patio!“
