“This is a modern Greek restaurant with a mixture of popular traditional dishes - Like Gyro's, Souvlaki, and Spanikopita. The parking is tight and gets full quick, so you may need to find parking out on Main street. The restaurant reminds me of a greek "Family Diner" style with their menu options, but the restaurant is updated with a modern ambience. Try not to be seated towards the rear of the restaurant, as the main entrance door is also there. So it's a bit drafty from the cold outside air hitting your legs. This is winter of coarse, so I can't say you would experience the same during the spring and summer months - Which they do have outdoor seating. The food however was fresh and not over cooked like some greek restaurants. I would pick this place over a traditional greek family diner, drafty or not.“
“Hands down the best shakes in Buffalo. I love that the shakes are customizable as well. You can add or remove ingredients based on preferences. My go to is the cookies and cream (and sometimes I add peanut butter) and it is always top tier. They are also on DoorDash now, too!“
“Balanced Bite is in the former Flourish location on Broadway in Lancaster and oh my goodness !!! their food is FABULOUS!!!!! All vegan. No processed oil, sugar or salt.... Their breakfast sandwiches are divine! Everyone who works there is friendly and fun and in the back is an incredible chef who went to the NYC Culinary School and rumor has it he was offered a job in a Michelin Star vegan restaurant in NYC and turned it down to come work in Lancaster! Their vegan Buffalo Wing soup is out of this world!! I always order their meal prep. Five awesome meals...big enough to share! Always delicious! Their hours are limited to Friday & Saturday. They have a great breakfast & lunch menu. Plus a deli case full of wonderful vegan things like vegan "egg" salad, "chicken" salad made from chick peas, hummus, "cheese" for nachos..they also have amazing smoothies & great coffee. Nice selection of healthy baked goods like muffins and cookies and fantastic sour dough bread! It's a tiny place with maybe 6 tables and chairs...it's charming. For healthy eating that tastes phenomenal... THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!“

Therefore, this place was not for her. She enjoys more of an icy bowl… such as an açaí bowl.The atmosphere of this place was definitely more dull than I had imagined it would be… but that’s okay!This place is definitely in a very rough area… so I would recommend going to the other location for a better to-go experience. They did not have chairs set up inside… not sure why.Overall, the smoothie bowl was pretty good, the atmosphere was meh, and the location was awful.“

“Many local friends have recommended this dessert shop located inside the Asian supermarket, and today I finally went to try it with a few friends. The shop's decoration is very bright and refreshing. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. There's a huge variety on their menu. We ordered several cups of different flavored milk tea and fruit tea, as well as a few slices of mille crepe cakes and desserts( BTW they have nine different flavors of Mille crepe cake). All the drinks and dessert that we ordered were very delicious. Personally, I ordered durian mille crepe cake and a cup of Fresh passion fruit green tea recommended by the staff. The rich durian and cream melted in my mouth, making me pleasantly surprised as a durian lover. The passion fruit green tea contains real fruit pulp and making it delicious and healthy to drink. I'm very sure I will come to this dessert shop often!“

First the owner was so sweet & great, she gave me the reason why she opened up the shop in the first place. Super helpful when picking flavors. Second FLAVORS ARE NWVER THW SAME EACH MONTH, that’s what’s great plus it’s not just a smoothie it’s made to help cleanse out your body and help you health wise. Such a PLUS.
