“I had the Choose 2 Med for $7, in which I chose banana and mango for the fruit, and then I added a protein for $1.25 (I just asked that it not be whey), and then got a B12 for $2. The smoothie was wonderful. It was smooth (thank goodness!) and tasted great. I could taste and feel the protein, but I like that, so it was excellent. I'm guessing if it was whey, that wouldn't happen, but anything from a cow is a no-go for me, so... Anyway, this is a great place!“

“This spot is a downtown gem! Because I’m vegetarian, I had a waffle with the homemade cinnamon butter and a side of Mac and cheese. Both were super good. It’s not very crowded, has great light, a bright atmosphere, friendly staff, and a giant game of connect 4. I highly recommend this as a go to spot for lunch (or for an ice cream stop with a real waffle cone!). I brought a colleague who got the chicken and said it was great too. Delightful!“

The food was great, the coffee could've been stronger. “Wow! It had great reviews so we decided to try. It was Friday Fish Fry. Halibut. This was some incredible fried halibut. One HUGE pc....very fresh too! I chose fries & onion rings. They were great too. My son had a burger, sweet potato fries, and a shake. He destroyed his food too! The sweet potato fries were probably the best I've ever tasted.“

“Favorite Shakes! So delicious! I’m obsessed! One of the only protein shakes that tastes amazing and that doesn’t upset my stomach. There isn’t a flavor I don’t like and won’t get bored of because they come up with new flavors to try too to really mix it up. I am a Gastric Bypass patient so I have strict dietary guidelines to follow and I can have pretty much everything there. it’s a guiltless treat I can enjoy. I get the sweet taste of a dessert but with much better nutrition. So worth it! Love the staff and environment! So helpful to make sure I’m within my dietary needs. Only thing is I wish there was a location closer to me so I could get one daily. “Today I visited SoBol with a couple friends for the first time! We came at around noon, but luckily we were able to grab seating since it appeared as though many people got their bowls to go. Their service was very quick and the atmosphere was very chill. Their menu shows a couple of different options for bowl flavors to choose from, but me and my friends ordered the classic açaí. I added the cookie butter to my bowl and I highly recommend doing so, it was so delicious!! After we chatted and ate our bowls, we went over to the chalkboard to doodle, which was really fun! Overall, if you want to try an açaí bowl (which you should) or you have a craving and want to visit somewhere local, I recommend you give this place a try!“
