Our family moved to Eastchester, NY the last week of October 2019, and found the owners of East Bamboo very friendly. Who doesn't love Chinese restaurant? The food was good, and the prices were decent. Recently, last week of October 2022, I was informed that East Bamboo was sold, and they have new owners. East Bamboo's food is fresh but the general tso, brown sauce, and walnut shrimp sauces were all a little watered down. I would recommend Jade Spoon for these flavors instead because their slightly higher costs are well worth the spot-on taste and consistency every time.

Food is great but I called in for pick up and he just hung up on me after he took my order, no thank you, no wait time. Nothing! I guess when your a person of color that’s to be expected. Some training in customer service would suffice.
