“Personalized service, professional and amazing food! The menu changes daily so there is always something new and exciting to try. Whether I need a hearty meal for my family to pick up on my way home or catering for a get-together, Sammy Browns is ALWAYS my go to. On top of that, the new decor provides an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming“
“The recently updated menu is so good! We have always loved the food and the vibe inside but this new menu is especially excellent. We love the steak options, their specials, pastas, shishito peppers, melted cheese board (never had it anywhere else), and the chorizo tapas. Also they just got their liquor license which is awesome! One of the best spots locally for sure.“
“Needed a gluten-free, nut free charcuterie for our family gathering this past weekend. 15. Good eaters. Not only were the boards delicious, they were a beautiful holiday centerpiece. So sorry I didn’t take a picture to post. Highly recommend Blue Devil Bar and Grill. Job well done!!!!Dietary restrictions: Several family members with celiac and severe nut allergies. We ate in confidence that the food was prepared as requested.“
“Great burger, cold beer, warm fire in the wood stove. Friendly locals kept a good fun atmosphere, cant beat a Thursday night in Ellenville in February lol, the barkeep was very sweet and hustled. Clean rest rooms. Worth a stop for a table dinner or bar food.“
“So close to a 5 star...This place is great and a must go.Food was very well prepared and tasty. To get that 5th star let the chefs put more flavor ? season everything and that 5th star will follow.Again great lil spot and everyone needs to go.“
“So delicious! The food and drinks were amazing. My family and I were visiting from Connecticut and my husband booked the wrong date by accident. The owner was so kind and made it work for our party of 5. We really appreciated the effort that was made to accommodate us. We know good food and from start to finish it was amazing. The atmosphere is very stylish and we had a great time. The next time we stay at Wildflower Auberge we will be back!!“
“Stopped in here for a business meeting. I was the first to arrive I was greeted promptly and sat myself. From start to finish our service was great. I had the chicken parm hero, wasn't really impressed due to the sauce but the sampler platter for appetizers was amazing. Imo I would stop back here for drinks and appetizers.“
“Food was very good here. I got the make your own burger option. We went on a tuesday so the burger was only $10. Unless you add some other options like jalapenos or bacon. My wife got the fish tacos and she thought they were delicious. We also got coffee which was fresh brewed when we asked. Very good coffee. Service was great as well. If your staying in pinebush you honestly cant go wrong here.“
“A small town Diner that seems to be a mainstay in the area. Staff is friendly and helpful with your food. Portions are large but mainly to say very fresh. Nice atmosphere to relax. Your never rushed as some places try to do. The owner is usually there checking on customers.“
“First time here and will definitely be back! One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten and the pulled pork sandwich is incredible! The fries are also some of the best, tasted double fried and soft inside and were just perfect! The outside space and inside space are both awesome! Can’t wait to return to hang more in the outside space on a day it isn’t raining to see some live music“
“This place is amazing. We went for breakfast. The place is decorated so tastefully some well thought out details. The feel of my coffee mug, might seem trivial but it was nice pottery. Not the average mass produced diner plates. The food was well seasoned and very reasonably priced. The Staff was so attentive. We will definitely go back again!“
“First stop on our camping trip in the area this weekend and with it only just beginning, we can safely say this was the highlight of the trip. The food, drinks, service and overall essence are 100%. Everyone is so nice and the food comes out so quick. Truly, truly loved getting to eat and hang out here!“
“When you open the door, it feels as though you stepped through narnia and back into the 60s. The vintage setting brings the whole picture together. Im not a big fan of american food but this place left me with full satisfaction. We took cowboy burgers. Juicy meat with crispy onion rings. You definitely have to taste it. Whiskey souse on a top of the bread pudding was perfect. Recommend for lunch and dinner.“
“You can eat at a diner where the food is delicious, but the staffing is no poor, you never go again. You can go to a diner where the staffing is so pleasant, unfortunately the food isn't up to standards. And then, there's those rare finds. A small town diner as this charming place. From the moment you step through the door you are treated like family. The staffing are all kind and welcoming. The prices are cheap, the quality of food as well as portion size are top of the line. If you're ever in the area, you definitely have to experience it for yourself“
“Absolutely love it here and now will forever hold a special place in my heart. I just got married here. Everything was absolutely beautiful and perfect. Our families absolutely loved everything. Not just our wedding but everytime we have ate here we have never been disappointed. Definitely go check this place out. We love it since the first time we came here.“
“Went on a Thursday afternoon. Food was excellent. Calamari was fantastic. It was perfectly cooked and paired with a basil aoli. Braised short rib was fall apart and excellent. The beer battered fried chicken was delicious and went great with the yellow Yukon mashed potatoes. I would also like to compliment the bar, both the pomegranate margarita and old fashioned were excellent. In short I drove a half hour to eat here and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. Staff was friendly and helpful.“
“Very, very good BBQ. Done on sight. Brisket, pulled pork, or ribs that u will literally cry for more. We ride up in a group. It's a long ride from home but well worth it. Been following outpost from first location to the mobile smoke hose on wheels to the present location which has a dinning room with a stage. “
“Great food ? a must for the area. The building itself is just a hole in the wall bar/restaurant get past that. Try anything there I know you will like it.Kid-friendliness: Aside from the bar the eating area is ok for kids and the staff, and by staff I mean 1 guy who is there from open to close everyday, always nice and gives the kids free ice-cream ?“
“5 years ago you would have five stars on everything. Sorry things changed this time. Assuming the older lady was in charge, was loud, insulting and embarrassing to our waitress that appeared to be somewhat new. Loudly telling the kids at one table, "they could leave without paying because she did not know where the waitress was to accept their money." Loudly telling another waitress who started assisting the customers, " that was not her table, it was another waitresses'." Respectfully each waitress seems to have taken it in stride, although one, emotions momentarily, seem to have got the best of her.Sausage and eggs were good but I prefer IHOP's waffle and grits. Grits were dark in color, tasted as if cooked in grease from other food. Will I return, maybe?Alonzo B.“
“We found Danny's on the way to a hotel in Monticello. The service was great, the food was delicious and the dining room was warm and festive. We had the Crock of Seafood. There was so much yummy seafood and linguine that it was perfect to share. It also came with warm crusty bread. We will definitely return when we travel this way again.“
“My initial skepticism was quickly dispelled as soon as we started tasting the dishes. We tried four different items, and each one was nothing short of amazing. As someone who is hard to please when it comes to food, I was thoroughly impressed with how they were able to make us so happy. The wine and beer selection complemented the meal perfectly, adding to the overall fantastic experience. Highly recommended!“
