Good quick and easy restaurant if you’re craving this specialty dish. Not many options of course but the chicken is perfectly cooked and rice is flavorful. We like the hot chicken broth they serve on the side as well.
Very rarely will you walk into a restaurant and be transported to another place, but Eim Khao Mun Kai does just that.It maybe the chicken cart that looks like its straight out of a Thai night market in the shop, or the genuine smell of Thai chicken rice in the steamy air, or it could just be the food is just that good. This place serves variations of one chicken dish. The chicken was moist, and the ginger rice was also tasty. The broth was light but flavorful. What makes this place stand out is the sauces. They have a spicy lemongrass paste (?), ginger paste, garlic paste, sweet soy sauce (?), and chilis which really elevate the chicken. Seating inside is limited.
