“We were luck to have found this gem early in our move east from California. Even living 1.5 hours away, it is well worth the trip for a great meal. Everyone there treats you like family and the atmosphere and food make it a regular must stop on our highway of life.”

“One of my favorite places in the whole Hudson Valley. The Dutchess Biercafe brings delicious bites and sips in virtually every single of their menu items. Too many things I like here to describe but I’ll give you my top 2:

The poutine is to die for and if you add a runny egg on top it’s somehow even better. The pretzel is perfection. It’s warm, soft, and the beer cheese they give you with it is perfectly balanced.”

“Very good Korean food, a surprise to find this far north. The service and ambience are quite nice and homey, it wasn’t too busy so the food was quite quick. The menu is surprisingly large so I’ll have to come back to try the other Korean and Japanese options. The kimchee pancake was extremely crispy, the crispiest I’ve had, but quite good if you don’t mind the fried-ness. The Yukaejang was also quite good and traditional tasting. The squid bibimbap was also quite good.”

“If you want to 🔥 enjoy excellent food in an elegant setting La Sorella is the best place in the Hudson Valley. It has European energy and five star quality. Here’s the show stopper: YES! They have gluten-free! We devoured the BLAT with a side of GF muffin. FYI neither the bread nor muffin have nuts which was good news for my partner 🙏🏻🍀

“7 of us popped in on a Thursday evening without a reservation. We were kindly greeted and promptly seated. We each enjoyed our meals and appetizers - delicious food, large portions. I opted for the half portion of Chicken Sandoval. The half portion was plenty and the dish was tasty! A great spot to eat in the Village and even re-connect with with an "old" friend.”

“After a long drive from Wilson, NC to Fishkill today we had excellent drinks (local bourbon), hardy meals at a reasonable price and the BEST SERVICE at Red Line Diner!!”

“We went in to AMA expecting a pizzaria but instead found a beautiful Italian restaurant. They use fresh ingredients to create the most amazing dishes. Our server Libby is a fantastic ambassador for the restaurant - enthusiastic & knowledgable about the menu and ingredients they use. We ordered everything she recommended - eggplant parmesan appetizer, Caesar salad, pesto & burrata pizza and the figura pizza. Every first bite was an "eyes roll back in your head" moment. We took the chocolate mousse cake home for dessert - absolutely delicious. Luckily we have leftovers of everthing to enjoy again! In addition to incredible food, the service was spot on. Libby was attentive and the hostess, Shay, checked in as well. It was a great experience all around. My husband and I are self proclaimed food snobs and we were very impressed. We are looking forward to returning to AMA with friends and trying out some of their other dishes. Everything about AMA is fantastic - atmosphere, service, and incredibly delicious food.”

“Such a great and friendly atmosphere to play a few games of pool or dart, good drink prices, good people and even if you’re a stranger you can feel like it’s your own local watering hole. I especially like the pool table bc it’s regulation size and of top quality. I don’t know about you but that makes a huge difference! I highly recommend Tags tavern any night or day of the week.”

“Our food was great. Also it's not the restaurants fault. Our server was so green. She was so out of her depth and young it was comical. I had to go get my own drinks and the bartender was so nice.. I don't want to say anything bad about them as a business.. My daughter was home from college and we were there within 45 minutes of the close time. They were very accommodating nice and polite. But our waitress was so hopeless I actually felt bad for her. I think she thought we were laughing at her. But we were just having a good time. Despite her attitude. I felt so bad for her I gave her a tip bigger than our bill....which she tried to give back as my change.. "Because I mistakenly gave her the exact cost plus" .... Omg we had so much fun. And we'll be back again.. Hope she smiled when she got home to her mom and dad.. All jokes aside it's was great all around...”

“Best pizza in town, hands down. The Margherita pizza is a must-have. I always find myself comparing pizza to Florina's wherever I go, and in my opinion, Florina's always wins. They are consistent with their recipes. You're always greeted with a smile. It's family-operated and owned, which I'm a huge advocate for. Keep up the great work, guys!”

“First time at an A&W restaurant. The papa double burger was much better than a McDonald's or Burger King Burger. Much more meat. The rootbeer float was delicious. The price was reasonable and I thought the A&W bear mascot was really cute.

“While looking for a place to eat we happened upon this restaurant and was greeted by a lovely young woman Jen, she showed us to a table outdoors, friendly, accommodating, patient while taking our orders because we couldn’t make our minds up, that’s how cool the menu offerings were. We were astounded by the quality and freshness of the food…all we did was moan and groan over each tasty bite. The best was when we ordered desserts, as I watched my sister-in-law clean the plate of her Spice Cake with Cream Angliese. NOt sure I spelled that right lol. The experience dining there was so much more than the incredible fare and service. We were not rushed, yet catered to, we had a thoroughly calm, enjoyable time at the FT Bistro. I hope anyone who is in that vicinity, take the time to be completely wowed and satisfied. It is not often I come away from a restaurant feeling like I can’t wait to come back. Thanks to the awesome chef and Jen who greeted us with a smile, and by the time we left, hugged each other. Seriously Amazing. I hope they may offer holiday service. I would travel 1+ hours to again to share a holiday in this very clean and charming atmosphere. Cheers to Farm to Table Bistro!!!!!! Thank you so much.”
