“When in Freeport, NY you will see many Salvadorian and Dominican restaurants all up and down the road. However, if you find yourself extremely hungry for some of this tasty type of food, it's worth the drive to Freeport! As soon as you walk in the restaurant, it looks just like all of the other restaurants in the area. What makes it so charming and great is the owner Anthony and the food. I ordered a Tamales de Carne for the low price of $2.50 and out came a plate with a huge Tamale wrapped in plantain leaves. As soon as I unwrapped the leaves and cut into the tamale with my fork, I instantly was brought back to another place and time. The taste was incredible. Top it off with a Cafe Con Leche and you've got a great meal. This place serves beer and wine as well. Open 7 Days a week. 11am -11pm“
“If you are looking for some of the best Spanish food ever, then this place is for you. OMG! The fish, chiccharones and beans and rice, are to die for ?. Yummm and mmmmm. Love getting delicious food from here. The young ladies behind the counter are so sweet and give such massive portions. Keeps me coming back that's for sure. God bless this business. You are awesome. ?“

“Its a quaint clean establishment the staff is courteous the meals come in various sizes from small to large. when you walk in and see a very appetizing food display with a variety appetizing dishes it took me a minute to make up my mind I settled for the small beef stew w/rice and steam vegetables and the meal did not disappoint should have ordered the large meal. The beef was deliciously tender the vegetables weren't over cooked, white rice cooked to perfection. They also offer loyalty points.“
“The food was amazing everything look good but the baked chicken was so good and flavorful cooked to perfection. The rice mixed with black beans and veggies so good the avocado a wide selection of drinks. Service was amazing everyone was smiling talking to customers.. ambiance pretty just 12pm on. A Monday“
“I had lunch here today and it was really good! I got the grilled chicken with yellow rice and sweet plantains and two chicken and cheese empanadas. The grilled chicken and rice were good. The sweet plaintains were’t really very sweet how I like them but they were pretty good. The chicken empanadas were good and cheesy but I wish they had beef and cheese instead.Overall this is a pretty good lunch spot, and considering the area not too unreasonably priced. I would definitely go back here again.Parking: There is no parking lot. You have to park in the street.Kid-friendliness: You could definitely bring kids and your family there with no issues.“
