Place is super understaffed placed an order for 3-15 an DIDNT get it till 3:30, the poor girl was handling a huge rush all on her own with no other employees in sight. I also ended up missing two toppings from my order that I paid extra for. This wasn’t the employees fault though but rather the owners fault for leaving their store so understaffed.
They really need to work on their customer service skills. It doesn’t feel like you’ve entered an ice cream store but quite the opposite. Everyone looks stressed, under pressure and unfriendly, even towards those who came with children. This puts a bad spin on the entire experience.

They are good with the online orders, but this place is terribly managed and overpriced. Do you really need signs everywhere saying you don’t take Apple Pay? Owners always understaff as well. Thankfully, carle place is open now so I no longer have to fulfill my wife’s late night cravings here ;)
