Just like any other Shake Shack I guess but... wow, mobile order will save your life fr! We mobile ordered and was able to shop a bit and then come back to pick up our food. Convenient by car, LI peeps... everything is orderly, didn't have to worry about missing items like the city... which is great! Clean and lots of seatings. “The shop is clean, presentation is good and workers are nice. I would have liked to see more fresh cut fruit available as toppings. For flavors, I had the pistachio, Italian tart and white chocolate mousse. The pistachio was the best out of the three. Growing up, my mom and I would get the white chocolate mousse at a local TCBY and it was the best. This did not taste like I remembered which was a little disappointing, but I am referring to over twenty years ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if they changed the recipe.“
“After ordering the stores internet went down and I didn’t have cash to pay. We tried doing an online order so I could pay for my food but that didn’t work either. I guess their internet was down. To my surprise, The worker was kind enough to give me the food without charge!! I’ve ordered food from here before, which is excellent and will continue to do so because of their generous hospitality. I will also pay it forward next time I’m at this restaurant!“
