“Not busy at all! But it was fun. The staff is very friendly. The food smelled phenomenal and I've heard great things about the steak sandwich so I will need to come back to try that! They have a ping pong table, which is different and so fun! Plus it's free, so that's a win. They have a little outside patio and it's very nice to just look out at the water & GI bridge is also in view. They do have a dart board, but it doesn't let you select more than 1 player, so that was super disappointing and a waste of money. But hysterical! They have one of those electronic game things in a little computer screen, we played the memory game (Terrible Two and Core Four) & made the top list so if you see those names on there, it's us #lamenerds. I would definitely come back! Super divey, the bathroom is one room...with two toilets. No divider or anything, just literally two toilet seats next to each other. So if you are drunk with your bff and wanna go to the bathroom together, ya don't have to wait I guess! Silver lining? The door does lock at least! Anyway, overall pretty good! X's and O's! J“
“Wow! Great time at Vice! The server Liza was amazing. The service alone was worth the experience. Kind, courteous, and not to mention patient as she dealt with our large group of 4 rowdy men! The food was great. Amazing wings, very similar to bar-bill which is the best in Buffalo, but this is a close second!“
“Let's face it. You don't go to Sportsmen's Tavern for the food -- it's all about the music! This is an outstanding music venue which continues to spread through the community. But you may be surprised to learn the food is very good! I'm not sure if the kitchen is always open but be sure to order food when at Sportsmen's for the full experience.“
“The sign says it all "Good times, Great ftiends" this establishment truly walks by that. I could tell many of the people there knew each other they all welcomed me with open arms, I had the wings and pizza logs both very good along with great service. This is a great place to go hang out. I can garuntee you will have great conversation. I highly recommend.“
“Cozy neighborhood eatery and bar. The staff are friendly and make you feel like a regular on your first visit. The wings are great. Good buffalo sauce and crispy, blue cheese is really good, and I'm a buffalo wing snob. Atmosphere sings old buffalo with antiques and vintage photos.“
“The Best. Very clean and modern establishment with tons of TV's. Huge bar, and plenty of seating. The staff is absolutely outstanding from ownership down! Large selection of beverages. Now, onto their wings.... oh the wings. 50 cent wings for dine-in and they are OUTSTANDING. Big, crispy, juicy wings. I highly recommend the Cajun Garlic Parm and the Hot Garlic Parm flavors. They are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!“
“I stopped in for lunch with my daughter for the first time. The two ladies that were working were outgoing and welcoming, with fun personalities. You can tell the customers love them by how they react when they come in. It was fun to just watch them interact. The food was good. I had the reuben and it came on huge slices of bread with delicious fries. My daughter had loaded tots and said they were delicious, as well. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was too. We only wish this little gem was closer to home for us. We will be back again when in the area.“
“This place was crazy fun, the atmosphere was amazing, and the conversations were enthralling. The bartender is a hoot... and a cutie ?, and the people there will have you wheezing.Besides that I gotta give compliments to the chef. I got the Angus burger and let me tell you, you gotta try it. They add something sweet to the burger (I skepticize it to be some sort of jam) but the contrast that it makes.with the savory burger is amazing. Not to mention the Fry's cooked to perfection; exactly what I needed. All around the place was very clean, definitely up to date on everything; and from what I've seen of the kitchen there's not much to worry about. The bathrooms were spiff and span and the mirror was cool.Which brings me to my final point, The layout. I had to say the design of the bar was very classic, you come in and are treated with a bar and a few tables and a booth wall. The kitchen connects behind the bar and out of the bar and a kitchen window. Then a small hallway that leads to both genders bathrooms and some other off limit stuff I presume(Didn't snoop around too much XD). I really like the bar and how the spirits were backlight. To summarize, id give it a 5/5 if you're looking for a good time. Thanks if you actually read all this.(PS, Sam, nice tattoo)Wheelchair accessibility: Street level with a door wide enough, no automatic doors but I'm sure a bartender or a fellow citizen would help.“
“Come visit Culbert’s Pub where u will enjoy speciality drinks and great food! The atmosphere is very friendly and inviting! Jen and Josh are very kind people who are doing a great job creating events that allow their patrons to meet new friends and truly enjoy themselves! I would recommend them to anyone!!“
“We loved Union before but now it is even better in the new location. The bar is awesome and there is a full dinning room now to come and enjoy a killer meal. I love the French onion soup, wings and of course Transit log!! Awesome downtown place!“
“I just love this place...been coming for years, comfortable, friendly, great service with all wait staff, owner is very humble and friendly, food is ? awesome, for one of a sports bar, it is extremely a great place for your whole family and friends to meet and eat!!! Also has great outdoor seating all around this wonderful place... I hope this never leaves us!It's too great of an establishment! Been in Food & Beverage for many years and I give this place ? a significant number 1 !!!Thank-you Joe!!!Parking: Lots of parking!!!Kid-friendliness: Always welcome our little ones!!! Special!“
“I'm just a ranch girl living in a blue cheese world taking the midnight train to Judi's Lounge But for real the ranch is out of this world! I'm a purist and dont use condiments on wings so don't worry it's for fries only The red flag was they asked if we wanted them crispy and we said just the way they come is fine which was a mistake since they were a bit underdone. We like ordering wings just standard first visits because usually if we order crispy specifically it's usually dried out - just make wings how you make them right?! Oh well. Overall nice place. Nice staff, nice decor and seating, nice bathroom, nice bar“
“Important: Cash only!! Food is only at lunch. This is a neighborhood bar. An historic one, in the sense it has been continuously family owned and operated since its doors opened pre-prohibition. It is cash only and they do not have an ATM onsite but there is ATM at the 7-11 across the street. Food is only at lunch. Or you can get a bag of chips. The people, including the owners, are everything wonderful you've read about. Incredible hospitality. Seriously great people.“
“Service is excellent. Crepes are amazing. We found this place randomly while visiting and came back 2 days in a row. The restaurant owner is the sweetest most personal person. If you’re looking for a wholesome chill spot away from the touristy stuff, come here. I almost forgot, it’s reasonably priced!“
“As a middle-aged dude for whom sleep has replaced sex as the ultimate goal in life, this place has reinvigorated me. Met some friends here for drinks and had a great time. Emily the bartender was on point all night. A brilliant host, her sarcasm and wit were superior to mine, which pissed me off at first but eventually I conceded defeat. Worth every penny. Will definitely be returning as often as I can! Also, they have dart boards!“
“If you're looking for something off the beaten path this place is great! Great prices, great staff, and great food. Try their house recipe "hot" buffalo sauce. It's got a great flavor. Their chicken "tenders" will feed a small army.“
“Great music, usually no cover. Typical bar food menu. Tables available but service only at the bar.Parking: Free parking, but not a lot of spaces.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spot in front. No steps or impediments to getting into the bar or men's room. No handicap stall in the men's room.“
“Ordered 3 different sauces on wings and some fingers too. All were excellent. Ordered extra crispy wings - cooked perfect. Were attempting to go to a " Wing Trail" establishment but they were closed. This was a recommendation so tried them out. SHOULD be on the Wing Trail list. Service was good, just short staffed like everywhere. Comfortable atmosphere with lots of space, no wait. Will certainly be back againKid-friendliness: Family friendly environment with dining area separate from bar“
“Valerie developed her own beer batter, and they have $2 off the fish fry during Friday happy hour this time of year! Also, the dance nights are some of the best I've found. But whatever you're into, Hot Mama's probably has a night for it, karaoke, trivia, pool, sports, etc. Those are just my favorites.“
“As chicken wing aficionados, we had to visit the birthplace of the buffalo wing and were not disappointed, flew from the UK especially to try out the wings and they were delicious and worth the journey. Staff were great and parking on site made it easy to just pull up, get a table and dig in to some amazing food.“
“The service at jack rabbit’s is incredible. There are so many friendly people taking care of you. Also the Bloody Mary is perfect and so is the brunch. Love this place. Here all the timeHad to edit this cause they added some pineapple thing to the Bloody Mary? Now it’s sweet and no horseradish flavor? We gotta fix this guys“
“The wings here are great. Perfectly cooked and soooo many styles to chose from. Great service from the bartender and everything from the table to the bathrooms were spotless. Beers ranged from your standard macrobrews to some craft (Hayburner, Jai Lai). Will happily return.“
“lol this place isn’t “allen st bar & grill” or whatever, it’s The Pink. and i’ve heard their food is great (never eaten there because i’m a vegetarian). but one time when i was there i asked if there was any vegetarian food & the bartender served me some pickles, which was great. and drinks are cheap. great place to end a fun buffalo night. also if you’re a femme, you’ll make temporary best friends in the women’s bathroom every time. can you even say you’re a buffalonian if you haven’t been to The Pink? no. the answer is no.“
“Intentionally stopped here with the assumption that it would not be busy but in hopes of finding a place to watch the basketball games. There was only one staff in the front but the place was not very busy so it was fine. Ordered food and drinks at the bar and seated ourselves. We ordered a chicken taco salad, wings and drinks. Everything was reasonably priced and tasted great. The atmosphere is of a clean dive bar but it did smell like a combination of dirty dishrag and weed.“
“Had the Garlic Parm traditional (10pc) wings. Nice size, lots of meat. The bar / restraunt itself has character, with lots of memorabilia on its walls. Service was good, no complaints and ya have the bragging rights for dining at the original birthplace of the buffalo wing.“
“Had my daughters bridal shower brunch there today. Everything went perfect! Diane was very easy to work with, very accommodating and everything went as was planned. The room looked great, food was delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you again for making it easy to have a joyous celebration without any headaches. Would definitely book an event there again!Parking: Free parking.“
