“I’ve been here a few times recently, and I have been so pleasantly surprised by how kind employees are, the services is fast, and the food is good. But I have to especially shout out the employees – I’ve had a lot of really nice experiences, but most recently I wish I got his name, but the younger guy with locks was so kind of made my day. Hope a Manager sees this!“
“The staff are always very friendly and they move very quickly. They double check what you ordered and always start a friendly conversation. The feta egg white wrap is vegetarian friendly and my go to. I get a matcha with brown sugar and toasted vanilla syrup with oat milk. The addition of oat milk is what made me start to trying starbucks drinks. I took one star away because the drive through can be awkward, sometimes the line stretches into the street and blocks traffic.“
“I miss this McDonalds. I used to live by this one, now the closest one to me is the one by the Lyell and mt read intersection. The Lyell one sucks, it’s slow as hell, and all the meat is dry and feels old. At this location everything is as it should be.“
“I always like this location, orders always correct and doesn’t take too long in the drive thru. However they were closed today on a Sunday at 7:45am but there was no sign or anything letting you know. They had a line of cars trying to order but no one was there! Can you please put a sign up on your drive thru menu maybe if you’re closed?? It would save some confusion!“
“Good coffee, good gelato, good Italian soda! There is seating downstairs and upstairs. It's cozy and chill.The chocolate gelato was not nearly as good as the vanilla imo.The barista was nice and she made everything we ordered promptly and well. Will definitely be going back here!Parking: There's parking in the Dogtown lot but it can be a hassle getting a spot in there depending on the time of day.“
“I ordered food from today and without thinking I said wow (out loud) when I had the first bite. The food here is absolutely divine. I am so glad I drove from Buffalo for it. Also, the service here is amazing! I will be coming back for more every chance I get.“
“Everything about the experience there was fantastic.The cocktails were perfectly balanced, whomever was making drinks knew what they were doing, it was a great subtle blending of flavors.We ordered apps that came out promptly and blew us away right from the start. We had the wheat berry risotto which we ordered just because it sounded interesting and it ended up being more delicious than anything we had had in Rochester in a long time.The entrees, also perfectly timed were also great. We had the pork chop and the skirt steak. The pork chop was the best dish for sure. The sage chimichurri and corn hominy that came with it were such an amazing combination. Everything was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly portioned.The server described everything so well that she sold us on dessert even though we were stuffed by the end of the meal. We had a grilled lemon pound cake that hit with a citrusy brightness that perfectly ended the meal.I loved it. Highly recommend. Definitely up there as some of the best food and drinks in the city.Parking: There is a ton of parking there. It's the Public Market area, it can fit hundreds. No worries with parking. Very well lit and safe at night as well.“

“When I lived in Rochester, they had just started out as a rustic little cafe with a music school. In the last 5 years, they have now built into a fancier cafe with many more options to eat, drink, knick knacks and tea and coffee beans to buy. I was delighted to visit when I was in Rochester recently and see this development!I got their coffee with cocoa drink with an addition of peppermint flavoring. It was good. The girls working the cafe were definitely on their toes quite a bit. I used to love their hot chocolate so I'll be glad to go back for that on my next visit!“
