“Stopped in for lunch with a friend last Saturday. We BOTH had the fish tacos...they were OUTSTANDING! Came with 3 tacos, overflowing, and a huge amount of fries or tots on the side. Couldn't finish, but will definitely go back! We sat at the bar and the bartender was very sweet too!“

“Recently we held my sons birthday party at Lasertron. I cannot say enough good things about this party. We chose the package that had laser tag and the cyber sport games. Each of the kids loved it and loved seeing their scores afterwards. They had so much fun at the arcade, getting tickets, and picking out prizes. The staff was amazing! The party manager was amazing and answered all of our questions, including about allergies for food. Our waitress was so helpful getting the kids their pizza and cake and they even had candles available for us. During the cyber sport session there were some technical difficulties but they fixed it quickly and were over the top apologetic for the hiccup. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience here and we will definitely be back for more parties and in general fun! Thank you!“

“Went for chicken wings. Multiple selections for everyone in our party. Had two wings on my plate extra-extra crispy. Only a one off or I would have mentioned it. Our first time, other couple was there multiple times.Typical bar with tables, extensive menu selections.Would return again.“

“I haven't been here since before Covid and they were on Titus Ave. It was family night for a fish fry. I remember them having the best fish fry's. We got 4 orders with fries and coleslaw. The fish fry's and fries were very good. The fish was a good size and very crispy which I really like. The fries were good. The coleslaw was terrible. Idk what they did to it but we couldn't eat it. Non of us ate it it was that bad. It sucks but I won't be going back for their fish fry just because of the bad coleslaw. We also ordered a appetizer of potato skins with was very good. Service was great. We went early and was served right away“

“I had Dinner. The Mofongo was pricy, but it held value in Rochester NY. The service was acceptable and greeters friendly. Overall the menu variety will see me return for another visit. If you are hungry for Puerto Rican Caribbean plates, give 809 a try. I had the Mofongo con camarones y langosta. Overall great ambiance, perfect for a date. Just request a table with a view of the water Buen provecho.“

“Visited while traveling for the 2024 eclipse. It was pretty busy, but staff were friendly and the vibe was good. We had some awesome recommendations regarding the alcohol selection. The food was pretty tasty. The avocado chicken salad had a great dressing pairing to go with the charred romaine. Funnel cake fries were very creative. The taco taco pizza definitely hits as a good nosh to go with beer. If I am in town again, I will definitely give this place a visit.“

“Came with my family to watch Manchester United match. Lots of TVs but unfortunately, despite being a Man U leaning pub based on the decor, they were only able to get the match on two tvs next to each other at the bar. Seemed understaffed - the bartender, who was the only employee we saw during this afternoon game, was friendly and worked hard to make customers happy.“

“Hit up Turcott's for the first time after an event this weekend, and am so sad I didn't know about this gem prior to now! Best part? Completely dog friendly inside! This is the best for folks who like to bring their pups everywhere and I wish I had known sooner. I also heard they have a rockin' weeknight karaoke, and I know my partner and I will be hitting that up at some point in the near future. This is your standard Monroe Ave dive (not the diviest there is but divey nevertheless) and it fits in great with the rest of the Monroe scene. I went with a raspberry vodka soda and it was perfectly strong, made by a super friendly bartender who was attentive to everyone seated. I will for sure be back for drinks with friends when I am in the area (and to try some food!)“

“Edit to my original review: we are here eating tonight at BTB. Our server, Emily, was very friendly! She helped us get an appetizer for the table and our drink order settled. The food was delicious ? we got an order of Poutine, a classic cheeseburger and the buffalo chicken quesadillas. We also got two kids menu options for our girls. They ate it all up! I am super thankful to Matt for helping us navigate our way back to this restaurant. We will come back!Our server, Salina, was kind and attentive. She helps us navigate through our requests as many of the things we wanted were unavailable. The Cajun Chicken Pasta and bland and spicy. Almost inedible. Settled for the fried dough bites, and they were just air- no doughy. Will try again and make safer choices next time.“

“The bar has fun arcade games and a good crowd. But I come from Pittsburgh and Philadelphia PA, where the music goes from hip hop to funk to country to soft rock to rap to reggae to golden oldies. It seems like salingers and all the bars neighboring it ONLY play county music.. and no one ever dances. Just a bar full of people standing around. But good staff and fun people. The nonstop country just gets old, but this seems to be a New York State issue, not just Salingers“

“I love going to the Distillery with friends and family. The atmosphere is extremely friendly and welcoming, the food is delicious, and they always have a great rotating beer selection. Lunch or dinner? Ask for Kerri or find her behind the bar. She is extremely personable and attentive. Even if the bar is slammed, she will always make you feel like you are the only customer there with her. Whenever I am with people and we are trying to decide where to go, I always propose the Distillery.“

“Recently was in town for a work trip and this is one of the first places I got food from. Grannies stew was delicious. I came back for the wings the following week. Regulars were welcoming. Very friendly service that suggested lots of fun stuff in the area. I will definitely return when I visit again.“

“It's a great place to go to sit on the upper level deck just off Monroe Ave and it's got good specials, pool table, dart boards, a claw machine that plays for real drinks and wicked good bar food with lots of room to sprawl out on 2 floors.“

“15 years ago the bouncer named Steve turned me and my people away at the door because he said my ID looked suspicious. Then he called every bar except one to tell them about us. He didn't call Montes Crown and I spent 12,300 dollars in there. Montes Crown thanks you Steve. 5 stars because it's a fun story.“
