“Awesome atmosphere and service! I got there this morning to get breakfast and a coffee. Just started a new job out that way and I’m super glad I found this Tim Hortons. From the start I was welcomed and the girl taking my order was so nice and professional. I believe her name was angela. Thanks to her you have a returning customer. And trust me I have been to many other Tim Hortons and I finally found one that was great from the start to the finish.“
“Considered to be one of the top food destinations in Buffalo, I can say it’s worth the hype. Everything was super fresh and ridiculously tasty. I got the notorious peanut stick, which is a long cake donut coated with chopped peanuts, a glazed red velvet donut (my favorite) and paired them with a sausage, egg and cheese bagel on a jalapeño cheddar bagel.“

“Not a big coffee drinker but I stop in here and there for a refresher or slushie (coolatta) drink and the one guy who I think is a manager always treats me as if I’m one of his good friends every time I’m there ? he’s a real nice guy and so is everyone else who’s there or at least whenever I’m there. Never have had an issue here would definitely recommend stopping in!“
“Ordered two coffees from drive thru. Nice large ordering screens, they were like televisions. Got a mocha ice cap and the new mocha cold brew. I was initially annoyed with a $7.81 bill, but upon talking with my daughter she explained the process of cold brew and Starbucks prices. I asked for a small cold brew and I think I received a medium. So that's a plus...I don't like sweet stuff so I said "no extra sugar". The mocha isn't that sweet, so it met with my expectations. A nice, refreshing drink for a hot day. The foam/cream on top stayed through the end of the drink, which I liked. I had considered mixing it in. Despite the price, I imagine I'll be ordering this again.“
“Best Tim Horton's around! The place is always clean along with their staff. The food and beverages are always right even though I order both a special way. Management and staff are super nice even at 5am. You can't ask for a better place to grab some food and coffee in the morning or anytime.“
“I try to only go to this Tim Hortons. I am someone with allergies and that comes with many worries so I always ask them not to stir my coffee and serve my Splenda on the side. Not only do they do it right but they don’t make me feel annoying. They have always treated me with so much kindness and even draw smiley faces and stars on my coffee! They go the extra mile and I appreciate them every day for it! They do it right here. Kind humans are my favorite!“
