“The owner, Sally, was so kind and welcoming even though we arrived there 3 minutes before closing. My friend and I ordered 2 different drinks. My friend got a grapefruit “K-fruit” and I got a combination of cookies & cream AND dulce de leche BOBA. It was my first time ordering and I was surprised that I could mix flavors. Sally was very accommodating and made helpful suggestions regarding the sweetness level. The grapefruit “K-fruit” did not taste artificial and it had real fruit pulp. I was pleasantly surprised with my boba. Whenever I go to other boba tea shops, more often than not they’re overly sweet. I highly recommend Cafe Bubbly and we’ll definitely be back!“

They wear masks and gloves, are friendly and provide great service. The facility is clean and they enforce social distancing and follow the guidelines. However, While there are some things I don't like (cheese top is too salty anywhere for my taste) and I prefer any tea I take (even hot) with no milk, I am still finding my way through the world of bubble tea.
