“I wanted to know if this would live up to it's high rating so decided to give it a try. I went on a Wednesday at 11:30am. There is parking across the street, behind the building. It's municipal 1 hour free parking. There is metered 2 hour parking in the front. While we were there, we were the only dine in customers. They were doing a lot of take out. We had the dumplings and the ramen. There was a lot of ramen. The pork was tender and juicy. The egg was creamy and not at all salty. The broth was the star. It was flavorful but not salty. It had depth. I could do with less oil but that's a tiny complaint. It lived up to the hype.Parking: Free one hour parking across the street. Metered two hour parking in the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Tight but doable.“
“I drive past this place on my way to work regularly and always see the lunch specials sign. I finally decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed ! Small place but staff were super friendly and my food was delicious ! My lunch special portion was so large I had enough to save for lunch the next day. I will be back !“

“I love the interior of this shop. It is so exciting and stylish. I love the private stalls as well. The ramen was surprisingly good. We went there just to grab something between a soccer game and a violin lesson with my son. I did not expect much thinking this is another Chinese ramen place, but ramen here was surprisingly above my expectation. It is not special, but it tastes like a regular ramen in Japan. My son had the combination ramen (you can enjoy two different tastes), a bun, and a tea. He was satisfied as well. I will go back if I have a chance.“

“I noticed this across from North Shore Farms a few weeks ago and finally tried it today. Inside they kept the bar from the old Bayou days. Used to love that place. Anyway this will be on my must go to often. Tan Tan Ramen was made with white meat ground chicken instead of pork. Some of the best I’ve had on Long Island. After I chatted with the owner. “BEST freaking pad thai I have EVER had in my life!!!! Large portion size I had this for 3 meals! Such, such good boba tea my favorites are the blueberry (never seen that anywhere else & its sooooo good), peach (had this at other places but nothing beats this place), and the strawberry. I hope to try more flavors soon. Also they are open SO late everyday which is convenient for myself as i’m a night owl. I love that I can just decide as late as 11pm that i’m craving a boba tea. I’m in rockville center & this is less than 10 minutes away from me. Man working at the front so nice and the chefs are so kind too. I’m not kidding when I say this was the best pad thai & bubble tea i’ve ever had. I got shrimp in mine and the shrimp were hugeee and good amount given. “One of my favorite raman places. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is inviting. It's a small place but I've never really have any issue with getting a seat. There's alot of different choices for raman and even other dishes. They don't get annoyed when you ask to leave things out and have a section on the menu for things to add to your raman if you would like. The tonkotsu ramen was so good with the best toppings and we tried the gyoza, scallion pancakes, and chicken wings and they were all DELECTABLE! “This has become a top spot for me when it comes to my poke needs. The fish is always super fresh and the portions of everything are generous. The actual bowl itself is nice and large enough to accommodate all your extra toppings. The stability and size of the bowl as well as how nicely the lid fits on are huge plus’s. “Lived in the area and passed by on many occasions seemed like a random mixed cuisine place that couldn't figure out that it wanted to be. Wanted ramen and Thai food and not happy with takeout in merrick/ east meadow / bellmore area so dropped in. What a pleasant surprise. Ramen was on point tasty and well prepared. Drunken noodles delicious and flavorful. Stand out was pineapple fried rice. Yum yum yum. All around a good addition to rotation“

“Love me a good hole in the wall spot. This place is very cozy and small. One hibachi table inside that sits 10. And about 10 regular tables. The chef was funny and very accommodating to special requests. I had the steak medium which he actually did medium thankfully. Shrimp was clean! Clap it up for no veins! Lol this passion fruit tea was actually really really delicious. Not too sweet as some passion fruit flavored drinks are. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the scallion pancakes. Maybe if you do just put in the request for it to be crispy. If you are like me and enjoy it that way. Otherwise I'll be back“
