“Love everything about it. Except that it is kind of difficult to find the price of goods in the refrigerator section ? ?. No price tag on the goods or on side or below the goods. So it's difficult to shop, when you don't know how much your paying for??? I only found out that the English claim chowder soup was $10.49 after purchase and have to ask for the receipts ? ? ?. I got to say that all food is delicious but on higher end prices.“

“We have been coming here for years. Never had a bad meal, and always have fantastic service. We love an hour away and this is the restaurant we come to for date nights and any special occasion. We have also started going to their sister restaurant Galena down the street which is also always fantastic. The owners and managers know what they are doing. Always 5 stars in every category every time we come. We have had Joe who was our server tonight many times. He is personable and gives great service. If you haven't visited this restaurant or Galena you must! worth the drive from Greece. For the portions and quality of food you receive the prices are very reasonable.“

“A group of 10 of us (6 adults 4children) stopped in for a quick dinner. There was very short line. We were able to order quickly. We ordered 1 pizza for every 2 of us (that's 5 pizzas), along with 2 orders of wings. The pizzas were done very quickly and everyone liked their pizza and the wings. We then had a scoop of hard ice cream each and it too was delicious. The staff were all very feiendly. We all really enjoyed this place and will definitely be back whenever in the area. It's not going to win any Michelin stars or serve the best tasting dish you've ever had in a restaurant but it'll fill you up with good enough food. Breakfast is definitely the star of the show, but lunch and dinner are decent as well.We come here frequently because there's never a wait and we are in and out pretty quickly, both of which are great features when you have kids in tow. “This is such a great lunch spot! They have a huge lunch menu with sandwiches, traditional salads, speciality salads, and soups. You can make combos out of any lunch items. They also had burgers, paninis, dinner entrees and pasta.For lunch, we parked and grabbed a table before ordering, but you can order right when you walk in and then sit. They gave us a buzzer after we ordered and our food was ready quickly, probably within ten minutes.Everything was fresh and delicious.“

We didn’t realize that it is PART OF the hotel and there is no signage at the direct entrance to it. (We did note a sign at the street indicating that it was located within that particular complex). Excellent in all categories except for short period of time when the music playing was loud and not in keeping with the otherwise peaceful ambiance. Best sweet potato fries I have ever had. EVER!!“

“DiBella's is a total winner in my book! Their Italian subs are like bites of heaven, packed with flavor and served on the freshest bread you can imagine. The atmosphere there is just so inviting, it's the perfect spot to grab a quick lunch or meet up with friends. "The Godfather" sub is my absolute favorite, especially when they warm it up for you. “WOW! My daughter and I are enthusiastic pizza cognoscenti! I'm 75 and have been wolfing down pizza A LOT since starting university in 1967! She actually introduced ME to Rochester's handiest (only?) gourmet pizza place - which has an amazing variety of signature pizzas and artistic toppings, for only TWICE the price of Picraft's wide range of offerings! I've been fond of Chicago and Detroit style thick crust pizza for decades, so we settled on a four slice pan pizza, which turned out to be amazingly thick and soft crusted, beyond any place else in this area's concept of Detroit style! With "one" topping (spicy pepperoni) the price was $12.49 - that included a lot of large leaves during cooking - but then we started throwing extras at it - mushrooms, extra sauce, extra oregano, and black olives - without them increasing the price! Note well: with extra sauce, this pizza (which was ready in jig time, and the super knowledgeable pizza making lady who built it in front of us at the counter was friendly and very receptive to our requests) was very juicy though I didn't need to make myself a bib to protect my shirt - just a couple of their napkins to clean my beard! A few bites in my daughter stated this was the best pizza she'd ever had, and I agreed! ONE of my two super thick slices was plenty for me, so we boxed the other one up and dragged it back to my place. DO NOT attempt to pick one of these up by the paper it's served on top of - too heavy! Nuked a day later, that slice was just great! Atmosphere? Not remotely fancy inside - but WHO CARES given the wonderful meal? The tables require careful navigation if you need to wend your way past other patrons, which is the only reason I only rated them 4 on atmosphere! All things considered, given the short distance from my home, the impressive pizza and the handiness to various sorts of shopping and other cuisines, hunger will automatically take us to Picraft during family visits! Neither one of us is easily impressed - great job, Picraft!“

“Excellent restaurant for anyone who is gluten intolerant! Basically everything on the regular menu is on the separate gluten free menu. They have really unique GF options that I haven't had anywhere in Rochester, like a GF fish fry and GF fried pickles. I think the non-gluten free people in my party felt like the food was typical bar/grill quality food, but as the GF person in the party, I thought the food was amazing and didn't taste like it was even made GF.I cannot speak to how safe it is for celiacs, but I felt safe and my plate was even marked as an "allergy" dish with a little marked toothpick.I will definitely get food from here again, if it is just take out!“
