“I called earlier in the day to ask if Spring Garden could seat 9 of us for my Step-Mother’s birthday, and the woman said yes. I brought in a birthday cake before the rest of my family arrived and the woman was very accommodating to my request. The guy that took care of us was great! Very good with the kids and so positive and helpful. He brought the cake and sang happy birthday and played a birthday song on the speakers, it was perfect. My Step-Mom was very surprised and had a great time. The food was great and I recommend this place ALWAYS. Thank you!“
“Hudson became home for my friend and I for a few days. I noticed the sign for these guys once we got on warren headed to our bnb for the week. A Brooklyn boy loves his wings so it was only right I made it a priority to try their wings. Very impressed. Had the veggie fried rice as well…let’s just say we ate that up real quick. Great service. Smooth. Food came out quick. Keep up the great work guys.“
“Good service, good food, cleanly tables, staff wore masks, only compliant is they have two giant turtles in a very small tank with nothing to rest on so you can see them up against the glass standing on their back legs trying to breathe air and rest“
“The food is good and fresh,but was/is lacking some flavor.It just does not have that punch that you look for with Chinese takeout.The crab Rangoon tho is the best I had.The streamed dumplings were kinda bland but the dipping sauce made them better.Overall,this restaurant is good but not the best.“
“The idea of Chinese food is pretty much ordering, picking up and going. Which this place is with its service. Place is kinda cozy on it own. A door which leads to the dine in area and a window frame which you can order what you want. Food follows the same idea of a Chinese Restaurant.Parking: Parking spaces on all sides. Most park closest to the store of choice.“

“I use to think I knew who had the best Chinese food. But then I moved and had to look for all new places to eat out. Then I found ChopStick in Catskill, and my idea of good Chinese food was challenged! After trying multiple things on the menu over the last year, I was never disappointed. I imagine most restaurants cook everything in house but after eating here it is like everywhere else I have ever eaten,bought pre-made frozen stuff that got pulled from the bottom of the freezer. In my opinion the quality here is unrivaled. Thank you and keep it up!“
“As usual, never a disappointment every time I come back to town I always get the Chinese food here as back on the West Coast. It's not as good. Always friendly. I ordered the general tsos chicken combination and a quart of the chicken with cashews Very tasty“
