It's a neighborhood known staple for fish and grits. Their shrimp is really delicious. They have 2 spots. Th one I like most is off of Farmers Blvd. Service is ok. It's a takeout place so don't expect to sit. I recommend calling ahead if you don't want to wait.
Over all their fish is good. The shrimp and whiting is on point. I ordered catfish and got something else. It was good but not catfish. The Mac and cheese is pretty good. The location off Liberty @ 109 Ave. is NOT a dine in restaurant, take out and delivery. Best fried shrimp!!! I have been buying shrimp and grits from them for about 20 years from both locations. I go mostly on Sunday mornings, and I call my order in, and it's usually ready when I get there. Whoever is there is pretty friendly. I recently tried their dinner sides, and I enjoyed the collard greens, candied yams and Mac and cheese.
