“We visited this part of the Catskills for 9days. This was our number one coffee spot! Vince is a sweet & helpful soul!! He gave us so many great suggestions that made our trip here even more enjoyable. There was also another sweet young lady who helped us on one of these days, I wish I got her name. The coffee, breakfast sandwiches and sweet treats are so delicious! The owner did great. Can't wait to visit this sweet coffee shop again!”

“Dinner at jack's once again was amazing. Our server Terri, was awesome. She was very knowledgeable in your specials and made great recommendations for our meal. We have dined at jack's multiple times and never been disappointed.”
“Love the interior design of this store. Every item has been carefully selected by the Solinsky's, reminding me of port of call stores when traveling. Small portable cans of Anchovies, Octopus, chocolate spread, baguette, specialty cheeses, strands of vanilla bean, Pellegrino and other flavored carbonated sodas. At last of course their own sublime brand of cured meats which customers can order in advance, then pick up on the weekend. Instructions are written down for each person. A long lost customer service has returned. It is here in Stamford , NY. Today I purchased a Brisket Sandwich with Spicy Mustard on a simple roll. The first bite was sublime. So delightful.”

“Thank you Jim Jams for feeding our large crew at the WCS cast party. The pizza was delicious and delivery exceptional!”
“I love Ardy's. It's a small family-owned business and they close during the winter months, so expect that. They have ice cream as well as food. Keep an eye our for their daily specials because some of their specials are amazing! They do have a regular menu as well. It is rather limited but the quality is always excellent. Delicious, freshly cooked meals and like others have mentioned, the portions are big! I live in the area and my partner and I usually go at least once a week when they're open! The staff/owners are super polite and you can tell that they have pride in what they do. The country theme is adorable and perfect for the area. The area doesn't offer too many restaurants given that it's a small rural town and they are a huge gift to us over here!”

“Run by two brothers, we lived the place. We were visiting the Hobart Book Village (also highly recommended) and was directed to this restaurant by one of the artists in Hobart. We had a great time here. one of the brothers was very friendly and gave us the whole history of the place and how it is to live around there (which I am always curious to know,). He also made me a lovely Long Island Ice Tea. Recommended, if you are in the area.”

“I understand that New Yorkers will say that this pizza is not the best of the best, but it was delicious when it was warm and when I ate it cold too. Great spot for someone visiting the Catskills area. Oh and the Chocolate Milk was next level delicious!”
“Just stopped in yesterday for the first time in about 10 years. I spent many years skiing in the area and this bar was always the last stop when the Belvedere closed. I met some great people while I was there and felt welcomed right away. It’s a great place and I will be stopping again when I’m back in the area. Glad to see it has re opened.”

“A fantastic place to eat given the limited options in the area. An old school diner atmosphere with a friendly staff and a huge menu. The roast beef platter was great, and the “best burger in the Catskills” lived up to the name. They had a full menu of just ice cream too; my friend loved his milkshake and my soft serve was some of the best I’ve ever had.Must stop if you’re traveling by.”
