“Awesome experience on Saint Patricks Day! The service was great, the management (Jane) was exceptional. We were seated promptly and service was fast and friendly. A proper pour of Guinness set the tone for a great meal of corned beef and cabbage for me and Irish stew for my spouse. Did I mention the scones? They are excellent as well. As we were finishing the manager came by to ensure all was well, she took a moment to show us around this beautiful restaurant. We could not be more pleased with our experience. “Writing a quick review in April of 2024. There are several food choices on "the strip" in Cobleskill, NY to choose from. For fast food and drive-thru, my number one choice is Burger King. First, it actually IS FAST! I never have to wait too long in line to order or receive food. Second, the place is always clean - which is very important - and not a small task in a busy location. Just as important, the staff is friendly, thoughtful, and seems to care about making sure that the customer is taken care of properly and efficiently. The food is of solid quality as well. If you are hungry for a burger, a chicken or fish sandwich, this is a good location. It can be excruciating to run these types of restaurants and be in a position to have to constantly hire and train inexperienced workers. Job well done. RICK”

“The customer service that there's Taco Bell and KFC is one of the places to hang out to enjoy popping hot food customer service and never your visiting the valley this is one of my recommendations I always enjoy coming here. I visit other places with this brand Taco Bell or KFC and it depends on a hit and miss but every time I come here this place is always a home run”

“I just moved to Cobleskill a month ago and I'm so thankful for Coby's. It's a great alternative to campus food, and a meal that costs about $10 only costs 1 meal swipe. They are only open during the week and get very busy around lunch time, so call ahead if you can - the line is sometimes out the door. Within the past two weeks, I've tried the Chicken Bacon Ranch, Pesto Chicken, and Caprese sandwiches. All of them are very tasty and fresh, but the Pesto Chicken had to be my favorite - it's so flavorful! The fries are good, but a little too salty for my taste. I can only eat a few of them before I have to stop. As a side for my Caprese sandwich, I got Pasta Fagiole soup - it was tomato based and had beans, pasta, tomatoes, and onions. Sprinkle a few crackers in there - so good! I definitely foresee myself coming here when I want something different. While many take their food to go, there's plenty of seating for small or large groups. I wish they did have more healthy options but I'm happy with my experiences so far!”

“I am addicted to the online-only chicken enchiladas and they were discontinued. However, the amazing girl at the register told me although it was truly really sad that they had been discontinued and removed online. The good news was She still had a button, on her register, for the enchiladas that had not been removed. Also she didn't see any harm by allowing me to order them.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUHATE THAT TACO BELL HAS DISCONTINUED ONE OF MY FAVORITE ITEMS AND HONESTLY, I HOPE IT IS A TEMPORARY THINGI very much appreciate the cashier willing to make an exception .”

“Stopped here randomly on 9/21 during a 7 hour road trip and was absolutely blown away by the level of service and the quality of the food. Everything just tasted better than I'm usually used to at a Subway. It was so good that I planned my return trip around being able to stop again today for lunch. Today was the same high quality. I don't know what they do differently here, but it's the best Subway sandwich I've ever had anywhere-and I've been to a lot of different Subways in a lot of different states.”

“Upon my first visit I knew the owner Michelle's name. She is very personable as well as very competent, even during a busy night. I visited over two weeks later and she remembered me. I live 20 minutes away and even though there's a Chinese food place about 500 feet away from where I live, we go out of our way for the quality of the food.”

“This is the cleanest, nicest McDonald's I have ever been too. I have 2 kids (2&9) and we travel alot, so McDonald's is our normal on the road meal and it was a pleasure to visit this location.”
