“I don't normally go to this deli but today I decided to try something different and healthier. I got the smoked salmon sandwich on a roll with a side of corn salad. The bread was soft and the ingredients were very fresh. I'm impressed by how fresh and flavorful this sandwich is! Even the salad is delicious. I recommend this deli's fresh food and friendly atmosphere.“

“On 12/19 I ordered a dozen bagels online to be delivered out of state from NY-fla. It cost 117.94. on 12/20 I rec'd a call from Marco at beyond bagels & he said my CC expiration date was wrong, gave him correct date, he told me they be delivered by Fri 12/22 as I pd for 2nd day air. As of 12/24 they still weren't delivered & that started an email conversation with the owner Robert, who although was apologetic he couldn't see that it was their fault because I was told they'd be there. 12/26, still no bagels & reluctantly the owner issued a refund, which was run on the 27, telling me that it could take a few days to process which I understood. 1/2/24 still no refund which I emailed the owner again & again was told it's probably delayed because the holiday, again I understood. 1/4/24 I called the owner & explained the explanation data issue when the order was placed & could it possibly be the same reason? He emphatically refused to check the card # & told me it's my bank. 1/5 I Called my bank & explained the whole situation, she looked at my account & saw nothing leading to a refund, at that point having dealt long enough with not only the rudeness of the owner but the employee marco, I put in a dispute for my refund which took them 1 day to process. I will never use beyond bagels again. & To quote the owner who said "I'm only refunded your money because I feel bad, not because it was our fault", I told him that Marco told me "I was mistaken for believing that 2nd day air means it gets there in 2 days"! I replied to Marco "that's exactly what 2nd day air means! With great bagel stores on virtually every other block on long island, I find it hard to believe this one still exists!“

“I met Luka (not sure if I spelled that right) while I was walking in Huntington. We got to talking about G Taste. I love crepes and used to make them for my children when they were young. I had just walked past their sign a short while before meeting Luka. I promised him I would come by & check them out. Yesterday I was walking in Huntington again and saw their sigh again. Remembering my promise to Luka I stopped in. It wasn’t time for dinner yet & lunch was already eaten so I decided on the mixed berry crepe to take home for dessert. While it was being made I had a cup of coffee & chatted with the young man who works there ( I apologize, I forgot his name) he was a true pleasure to chat with! When my crepe was ready we walked outside & I finished my coffee and we said our goodbyes. The crepe was absolutely DELICIOUS! I cannot wait to go back again. The coffee was very good too and best of all, everyone is so very friendly! Definitely a place to try!“

“Must say very busy place but it’s worth your time and money… all the drinks are good and fairly priced their cakes are so good not so sweet goes perfect with your drinks♥️ i do recommend this place 10/10 employees are hard working and kind.Edit: sorry to say but the new mexican guy doesn’t make nice tea! It’s the second time he did this even when i mentioned to add more sugar but it literally feels bland!!! All old employees where really good before him! “Great beer selection - loved all the IPAs I tried!! Live in queens but was in the area and wanted to try a new brewery. Owner is very nice and welcoming. The space inside is nice and cozy but they also have outside seating too. I definitely recommend adding this to your next go-to brewery :)“

“First time and could not be more impressed. First the bread , amazing . Chef Guerrieri is spot on with everything he prepares. Freshest ingredients put together perfectly . Did I mention the bread ? Only negative was they were sold out of the octopus ( I did order less than an hour to closing on a Friday in Lent , so I’m to blame) . The replacement the Chef recommended and provided was more than adequate and extremely generous. Great spot , great Chef , highly recommend.“

“This smoothie shop is one of the best in area in terms of pricing, quality and staff. Every time you enter, you're greeted with positivity and I truly appreciate the ability to customize all of the ingredients in your order. Often times, it's hard to find smoothie places that can make drinks without the added sugar (either through juices or purees), but every drink I've had from here has always exceeded my expectations. You totally should check it out!“

“This place is a hidden gem and features some of the best ice cream/ gelato I've ever had on Long Island. I got the campfire crunch swirly, and it was delicious. Ice cream was super cremy and fresh, and they put the perfect amount of blended toppings in the swirly.The shop featured about 20 gelato flavors to choose from and also had a nice expresso bar/candy station in the back.The service was nice and friendly.Overall, this place is a must try!“

“Necromanic Brewing Co is the absolute best! I love the atmosphere, owners, and beer so much I had my engagement party there. The owners are super friendly and have created a community for us gluten free and horror fans! As a person that developed Celiac late in life, the beer at Necro is the absolute best! You’re not stuck drinking ciders if you have a problem with gluten. At Necro you get to enjoy phenomenal flavors crafted for all seasons and even events! There is always something entertaining and fun happening. From paint nights, psychic nights, book club, writers society even karaoke. I have no need to hangout at the other bars on Main Street because of my love of everything at Necro!“

“Best. Pie. Ever. Go. Now. Me and my boyfriend just stopped in because we were curious and found the most charming little seating area and outdoor garden with a delicious menu. We tried the pulled pork pie pocket (insane + must try) and the mini pies which are truly the perfect size. they have such a variety of everyday staples that are made right in their own farm behind the back. GO NOW.“

“This place is a little diamond. Went for the first time last night and WOW. It took me back to Italy. They don't use the artificial flavors you'll find at all the local icecream shops. It's REALLY pistachio and hazelnut and chocolate. The flavors were absolutely incredible and smooth. Not too sweet. Just perfect across the board. No little bits of ice like you get at other spots where the ice cream has been sitting. It was all fresh. And the owner was a lovely Italian woman who was so happy to share her treats with us. They were very kind and patient as we struggled to pick a flavor (because they all were AMAZING). They also have an assortment of tarts and the icecream cakes that looks like the best ice cream cake you'll ever have. They are absolutely beautiful! If you love proper Italian gelato or ice cream this spot is gonna be your new favorite.“

“We had my mothers' 90th birthday last Saturday and we are very pleased with the entire experience. Robbie was a pleasure to work with, he answered all our questions and was helpful with the food choices and the entire setup. “My family and I tried Park Avenue Grill because of their large gluten free menu. The brunch food was excellent. I tried the gluten free churro waffle bites, which were divine, and GF Tuscan eggs Benedict. There was also a decent sized vegan menu! Their specialty lattes were delicious. The atmosphere is cozy inside and they have an outdoor patio! “Nothing wrong with a simple burger. Service is efficient, burgers are nothing fancy. That is what this place is known for. They don’t oversell it and they don’t overprice it. If you are lucky enough to be there on a nice day before a rush you can find outdoor seating.“

The jelly was a little more viscous than what I'm used to but thats not a criticism or anything just an observation.Bubble milk tea: The base tea I think is earl grey - it was just slightly sweeter than the Oolong but still ok. “This is our new favorite restaurant. From the time we arrived to when we left, the service was over the top. They had live music which was excellent! There were 8 of us there and everyone loved their dish and the apps. Can't wait to come back.“

“I was very skeptical of this place at first, but it was amazing. So the concept is Italian-Mexican food. It works. And it works very well.We ordered 3 tacos as well as the surf and turf quesadilla. I was absolutely blown away by the taste and quality of everything. The quesadilla was one of the best I've had in a long time. The steak was juicy, the shrimp wasn't chewy, and the flavors were amazing. For tacos, we got the ital-Americano, chicken parm, and maialino. Every one was tasty in its own way. The Ital-Americano was super juicy, the chicken parm was just delicious chicken parm in a shell, and the mialino was juicy with just the right amount of spice.I need to remember next time to sign up for the rewards program since I know I'll be back there a lot.Parking: Parking all over.“

The atmosphere, service and drinks were great but the food, was a big no which makes me feel I won’t come back here.The steak was over cooked and well done instead of medium, the sauce it came with was bitter. The ravioli was cold like it came out the refrigerator, they remade it and then it was chewy, wasn’t boiled well.“

“Love going to Bigelows i’m sitting at the bar the experience is great watching the staff freshly batter seafood and putting it right in the fryer right in front of you. The New England clam chowder is like no other. It is very delicious and creamy the perfect consistency for clam chowder. Definitely the best around the Ipswich fried clams are my go to favorite. They are fried to perfection and very clean oil which makes the food very good because the oil is always clean that they cook in. The people that work at Bigelow’s are great. Always welcoming and fun to hang out with by the bar while you eat your delicious seafood, no matter what you get I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area and you love seafood, you will not get any fresher!! Always leave happy and full from delicious FRESH seafood!!! 10/10“

“Very cute, quaint, chill spot for all ages. Depends on what you’re looking for. Saw a few mothers on “play dates” or shall I say “Mommy & Me dates,” all very accommodating. If you’re going for a drink or coffee, it’s a great spot. Have several outlets in some of the seating areas, which allows ease for working remotely as well. I just put my headphones to be able to concentrate more. Not a rowdy place at all, as I mentioned super chill. Staff doesn’t bother you and you can stay as long as you want. Had the matcha latte, and it was unsweetened, which I appreciated as it’s more natural and I can sweeten to my own liking. Love the ambiance and decor, would go back! Oh, and I saw they have live music on Friday evenings, would love to check that out.Parking: 1-2 hr lotted and street parking“

“Very cozy coffee shop, aesthetic looking, good quality stuff. Got a cappuccino and iced matcha with avocado pesto toast, they were good. The aroma of the coffee brewing and water food they cook is really good.It can be kinda pricy tho’, keep that in mind but I think it’s worth it once in a while.“

“Very much a hidden gem. The place is cozy with a warm atmosphere and very cool. There are the big beer tanks visible right in the space. There are so many interesting beer and drink choices and a small menu with a few items like a bar pizza and empanadas. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. “We had The Big Cheese Bellmore food truck for our son’s 1st birthday was the best decision we made! Everyone was raving about the food, how unique it was, how quickly they served everyone, and how amazing Chrissa was. Chrissa was so kind and went out to her way to make sure everything went smoothly. She even showed up early to check where the best place to park would be. So happy we chose to have Chrissa and her amazing staff for the party! She is absolute joy! Loves what she does, people, and cooking! Highly recommend! If you are on the fence, it’s totally worth it!“

“Best mall on the island, in my opinion. Great tech stores and kids stores. Even good clothing stores coming from someone who dispises clothing shopping. The only issue is that it is so big you can get lost. There are maps all over the mall, but if you can't read them, bring someone with you who can. There used to be paper maps as well that you could take with you around the mall, but they stopped making them. You can get a digital version on your phone, though.“

“I enjoyed my visit today. I ordered the lunch special (meat, side, cornbread) and chose brisket and sweet potato. The brisket had great flavor, though next time I'll ask for leaner pieces as mine was fatty. Sweet potatoes were just right, not too sweet. Cornbread just ok. Things to know: 1. This place is tiny. There are just 4 bar seats and that's it. 2. Beverage options limited. Coke, sprite, water. 3. The service is amazingly friendly and personable. I didn't get the woman's name behind the counter but I'd go back there just to hang out with her. And it wasn't just me, she was that way with every customer including a 4 year old. You don't need to travel to come here but it's a good stop if you are nearby. Just 2 blocks off the Locust Valley train station.“

The service is great. The ambience isn’t much but had a comfortable feel to it. I’ve never tried the Hakka region Chinese food and it was good. The restaurant is BYOB.“

“Classic American food! Burger and fries. Sid’s is an ideal spot for a delicious burger with some Cajun-seasoned fries. Good customer service and I received my food fairly quickly.You don't need McDonald's when you have Sid’s. I do recommend trying their brownies as a finisher. I will return for more awesome food.“

“I’m not typically someone who writes reviews but my husband and I have been looking for different coffee shops to go to around the island and I came across Anchor. After reading some negative reviews together we decided to try it out for ourselves. I must say I don’t agree with any of them. The staff was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere was very nice, I’m not sure what some people meant by the vibe seeming “fake” but I definitely didn’t feel that way. They had pretty good food options for breakfast and lunch and an assortment of pastries as well. For the reviews about the owner, I didn’t talk to him myself but I heard him talking to staff and other customers and he seemed like a very normal dude. Overall I just wanted to say I don’t agree with the bad reviews..“

“The shed has great ambiance, great food and service. They also have great gluten free options. My wife particularly enjoys their Cobb salad. However, one unfortunate event happened today. Today we ordered to go from the shed and really enjoyed the food as well, but the burger boxes were mislabeled and I accidentally ate a bite of the non-gluten free burger my friend ordered. I have celiac and unfortunately I quickly started bloating. This was despite emphasizing at the time of ordering that I have this sensitivity to gluten. We did inform the store and the manager Barbara was very apologetic and kindly offered to removed the burger off the bill as well as to remake the burger and even offered a gift card to be picked up next visit. It was an unfortunate mistake and we would still eat there again, but let the store know more so it doesn't happen again for us or others. Definitely still highly recommend the restaurant!“

“A fun place for lunch and dinner. I was a bit hesitant bring my son who is 3yo, because you just never know if he's having a good day or bad day. But I decided to take the risk and bring him on a mini date because there's only so many visits this mommy can take to Chik-fil-A and it turned out great. He was on his good behavior and tried the mushroom risotto, which I told him was cheesy rice with my short rib and he has a cheese burger and fries. They did forget to put cheese on his burger which he was quick to point out but that was a quick fix, the staff was quick to melt a slice of cheese on his burger and brought it back out quick. My only semi-compliant was a side was small sweet potato smash was $12 which was the same cost of his burger and fries. Otherwise, everything was great, staff was attentive and we had a fun time. “This is a takeout restaurant, but you can sit inside if necessary. I ordered the Poisson Frit, Peas & Rice, Plantain and was very happy with the food & service. The food was ready in good time and well made. The Poisson Frites was crispy, well seasoned, and fresh - cooked perfect. The rice and plantain were delicious and not too oily. The service was pleasant and they give you a nice portion for the price. Would recommend and will be eating here again.“
