“We ordered a cake and cookies for my daughter’s first birthday which was an Alice in “Onderland” theme. The cake and cookies were absolutely incredible! First of all, the presentation was amazing, the cake was perfect, just like the Disney movie. One of our little guests walked up to it and said “wow! that looks like a cartoon!”. The cannoli filling was one of the best I’ve had. The cookies were beautiful, I almost didn’t want to eat them but they were delicious. I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend this bakery to anyone looking to have an event with delicious treats!“

“Absolutely LOVE Bella's! We have been fans since the day they opened their doors. We have supported them every step feom smaller store, to markets, and now are excited for the newest storefront. Every staff member that I encounter is friendly and helpful! The Baked goods are incredibly delicious. The sourdough and French Cruellers are our favorites, but you can' miss the Supreme Croissants and macarons! We make sure to pick up bread and/or treats every holiday, and enjoy coffee and breakfast sandwiches during the week. I often suggest Bella's when I am meeting a friend for coffee.“

“As a Belgian, it’s hard to find patisserie that tastes like home. I’m so happy I found this bakery, because they do hit the mark! They sell French style desserts of excellent quality and flavor. It’s expensive, but not exuberant (we paid $65 for a cake that served 10 people). I’ll definitely come back here!“

“I went to visit Bobo's Cafe since there was a cars and coffee being held there in the lot. I was pleasantly surprised by the menu selection and how nice it was inside. It offered a very nice environment and plenty of sitting. I had a Latte and a Maui Wowie which is a fruit smoothie. The smoothie was very delicious and well made and the Latte too was an enjoyable drink and I highly recommend both selections. I look forward to visiting again.“

“What a find! We happened to come across this market on the way to Danbury. Picked up lamb shepard's pie, Valentine's day tea, locally made chocolate chip pancake mix, and some amazing doughnuts. They have a lot to offer. The apples looked huge and they had a good selection of baked goods and pies.“

“I started coming to Beascakes years ago when I tasted their delicious chocolate chip cookies at an event. Since then, my family cannot have a holiday or birthday without their treats. Their custom cakes and cookies not only taste incredible but their decorators are extremely talented, they knock it out of the park every time. People rating otherwise have no idea what they're talking about given the core service - the baking. The completely unique and amazing cupcakes, Sarah Bernhardt's, rainbow cookies with marzipan, petit fours, etc the list goes on. I'd drive hours out of my way to get stuff from here. “Our town bagels the best. I hate to see this place to get bad reviews. That being said I have family that comes in from Alaska and NC they absolutely love the bagels here. I get donuts here for my kids because they blow dunkin out of the water(be careful some times the sell out of the jelly donuts) when running behind on the morning routine I get my family eggs sandwiches here and my kids love them.“

“I'm so glad that I rediscovered Salingers this summer. I went for a Cherry Pie and came out with so much more. Tim Salinger was so friendly, helpful and runs a business with excellent baked goods, fresh produce and fruit, plants and flowers and country store finds. One day I went for in another Cherry Pie and they were out. I was reminded to call ahead and they will hold one for me. So as not to disappoint my husband Tim sent me home with a Frozen Cherry Pie that I baked. Every dessert that I have tried was delicious, prepared foods also made in house and delicious, fresh corn, vegetables, fruit also are top notch. This is a local gem.“
